Bought it out of curiosity

So I guess I bought this out of curiosity. I saw it while scrolling the saw it mounted on a camera and for some reason I thought it was a flash for a camera lol. I was tied to read and just ordered it. To my surprise when I opened the box it was a lot bigger then I thought. Nothing like I was expecting. Its a cool light for photography to light up subject and product on dark area. You can defiantly mount it on the camera comes with an adapter to do so. I tried it and was just a little bulky for me. I mounted on a tripod and it works wonders. Its powered on by a battery so you can literally take it anywhere you need and not need to worry about a power cord or finding an outlet or tripping over a wire. Then again you might need to find an outlet if you forget to charge the thing LOL. But seriously its very potable and lightweight if not mounted to a camera. Pro: -You can change the color of the light and the intensity. - goes from 0% brightness all the way to 100% and when I mean 0% its essentially off but not off because its still powered on -doesn't get hot dissipates the heat really well still cool to the touch -Doesn't seem cheap at all seems like quality material and well made -Great for situation when low light is an issue especially phone photography -Mobile, powered on by a battery con: - Not a speed light, My fault was tired and didnt read the description and bought it at a whim I upload some pictures of the different light temperature this thing is a capable of doing. I took it all on my phone didnt want to take out my DSLR Personally I like the thing and its great for someone who does a lot of photography. 3 hours full power light

I changed led panel light every six months coz the tech has been changing so fast. This is the recent one I just bought and the most stable and powerful light. I used this led light for my marketing video. I tested and it's exactly 3 hours life power. It's light and Adjustable color temperature from 3200-5600k. You don't need extra battery coz it has built in lithium battery. The only thing I need from this company is they need to make the bigger LED light so i don't need to buy more than one led light to cover 3000 SF room. I will buy another one and this is highly recommend LED Light.

Purchased 1 first, end up purchased another 3. Total 4!

I am setting up international web conference room. After purchased one for testing, the results are very well. End up purchased another 3. The quality is very good, well made, battery life is good for an hour (have not tested over an hour). You can adjust brightness and color temperature as well. Has a back lite LCD display which can easily identify the settings. Very bright at 100%. Do recommend.

Fast setup, nicely diffused lighting and easy adjusting of light temperature...

I found this product helpful, it is light, easy to set up, I can choose my light warmth and the intensity of the light, as to adjust for any situation. I like that the lighting is well diffused, so there are no sharp reflections on the pic. It is also big enough to cover the whole shot and not just a small part of it, so that the subject is evenly lit. Here are some examples of fill-in light, at just a minimal percentage ot light power used: as you can see there is no reflection on the glass surface and there is a nice warmth added to the flowers. It is also inexpensive, which is another plus!!!

Bright, Slim, Portable!!

Love this light, it has a really slick and slim display. Tons of color combinations with brightness and color control, comes with a cold shoe to either mount it on a tripod, light stand. Has a knob that lets you tilt it whatever angle you desire. Big fan of this light!! 5 stars from me

Great battery life!! And Very bright!

Greaaaat battery life and super handy!. I used it alone for a stop motion video. I attached the light on top of my camera. I have also used it as a back light for a few productions. And used this light in a medium white room for cooking videos.

Great Build Quality and Functionality for On- or Off-Camera Lighting

When I came across this light on Amazon, I was initially somewhat skeptical given its relatively low price point. I decided to purchase it (with the confidence of free returns) and I am genuinely impressed. The body of this light is made of a hard plastic that feels like it will be quite durable. Another review mentioned the hotshoe bracket as a potential weak point, given that it is made of plastic. It is plastic, and I agree that it is the most likely point of failure as I use this product over the next couple years, but I was pleasantly surprised by how tough the bracket felt. The thing I was most impressed by, other than the apparent build quality, was the fact that the metal cold shoe (the tab that slides into your camera's hot shoe) is threaded so that it can mount to a light stand for use off-camera for photos or videos. The brightness and color temperature adjustment wheels are simple to use, and both seem to adjust quite fluidly except at very low brightness where there are some more noticeable "jumps" while adjusting. Overall, I think that this video light offers a surprising level of quality at a relatively low price, and I'm looking forward to putting it through its paces shooting both videos and photos. I'll update this review if I feel I've got anything of value to add to my first impressions.

Thin and light as my iPhone. Great for travel

I was looking for LED lights to travel with. I film a lot of interviews on the road. So, I need to pack light when I travel. I can fit 3 of these in my camera backpack. THREE OF THEM! Blows me away. They come with power adapters but run off battery power from an internal battery. I have had a 2-hour interview and the lights worked great. So, battery life is good for me. Seriously, I am so glad I bought these lights. I was using an Aperture 120D and Light Dome to light my interviews. Now I only travel with 3 of these lights. For a 3 point lighting setup.

Excellent Product and Amazing Customer Service

I'd been using Raleno's smaller light and was blown away by it! Such a bright light in a small package! HOWEVER... It takes forever to charge. You get two to three hours of use and then need to charge it for at least ten hours. I reached out to the company and they told me they would be coming out with a new product. They kept in contact with me to make sure I knew when the new light (this light) was for sale. This new version is still super bright and the charge lasts longer. I love the fact that I can see the color temperature and brightness on the back so I can match any other lights I'm using and get consistent results. The battery level is displayed as well and I appreciate the fact that I can see when I need to plug the light in. With the other version, you can't use the light as it's charging, but this one can charge while you're using it so you're never without proper lighting! Raleno seems to be a newer company, but I think that's part of why their customer service rocks. As they were designing this light, they asked their customers what they wanted and implemented it. If you're looking for a rock-solid light with an affordable tag, you found it.

Great tool for portraits!

I have been looking for something like this for a while! Sometimes when I'm doing an outdoor shoot I want just a little extra boost of light on the subject, but don't really like using a flash because it's harder to control the light and it tends to be harsher. This is exactly what I wanted. I love that it charges so that it's portable, and the fact that I can mount it right on the camera is awesome! The way it connects to the hot shoe is really great-- rather than having to manually screw it on by twisting the whole unit (which I always find to be a pain) it has a dial so you can tighten it in that way. The brightness and temperature of the light are adjustable, and the LED screen shows you these levels, as well as the battery life. The light is bright, but not so bright that it will blind your subjects. It's also nice that the light can be angled. I'm very excited about this! I can't wait to use it on my next shoot.
