This product was very easy to use.I've used it for about a week now and can tell a difference from before. I must grind my teeth a great deal and my jaw was aching. Now it seems to have been greatly relieved. It works, it is inexpensive, what more can I ask.

Highly recommend for teeth grinders!

I have bruxism and grind my teeth pretty much all night. I've used 4 different brands of 'mould at home' mouthguards and all of them have been rubbish in comparison to these. SUPER easy to mould, just drop into hot water, wait until curls ever so slightly, then pop into your mouth. Suck the air and push your fingers around your lips to mould and keep doing that for about 20-30 seconds. Then dunk it in a glass of cold water for 10 seconds to set it all in place. If you've done it wrong or don't like the fit, then just repeat the process! Seriously, it's idiot proof! The guards themselves are very thin, lightweight and almost invisible. I sometimes forget i'm wearing them when i wake up to brush my teeth! A lot of the other guards i've tried from amazon have been incredibly thick, bulky and cover both the top and bottom teeth, causing my teeth to misalign over time. Over time i tend to grind a hole into the other mouthguards i've used, hence why i've purchased so many. I was skeptical as these ones were so thin but i've used for some time now and they still look brand new. I'm so impressed! Honestly, if you grind your teeth or find that you clench your jaw at night, or even during the day (these are thin and subtle enough to wear in public!) then i'd highly highly recommend these guards.

High quality mouth guards!

Have this for 1 week now.. they are very comfortable. and loving them. keeps you free from grinding and doesn’t hurt. surprisingly the pack had 4 pieces! Have tried many but this one is much better. They were comfortable to wear and the quality is very good. Highly recommend others.

No more TMJ, so can’t complain

I have been suffering with cluster migraines related to TMJ and grinding my teeth at night and have been using gum guards for a few years to relieve the symptoms. Moulded gum guards via dentists are expensive so I gave these a go to see how good they are. This mouth guard is helping me with my bruxism as it was beginning to cause me jaw pain. It was easy to mold, just so be careful with leaving it too long in the water. It’s no joke that it damages the guard. Also, it was difficult to know where to trim the excess. I was afraid I would be cutting too much and there weren’t any guidelines for that. I looked it up online and figured it out that way Overall, I’m really pleased with it! It fits well in my mouth. It’s not invasive and uncomfortable and my jaw is beginning to ease.personally I found them easy to use, comfortable and durable.
