Great table - INSTALL ADVICE

I like the table a lot... just be aware you'll need coasters because the top isn't perfectly flat as it has the character of real wood. Install - hopefully you have a better Allan wrench like one I attached that has chuck and socket capabilities. Attach the bottom shelf first to the legs first ... fasten one side completely, leave the other loose. Flip the top upside down. You'll put the tight side in its slot first then apply pressure to the other legs to pull them into place as well. If you tighten the shelf completely, you won't have enough play in the legs to pull them into their slots. Good luck

Nice look, good value

I like this table a lot and the price here on Amazon is a very good value (I saw it elsewhere for closer to $200). It came well packaged and was quite easy to put together - though, as others have noted, the directions are poor and you may have to backtrack during the process as a result. To avoid this, attach the LOWER shelf before you attach the top. Other than that, very easy to see what needs done. When I opened the box, I definitely noticed the "chemical" smell others mentioned... but that dissipated quickly and now, the next day, I can't detect an odor of any kind. I'm very pleased with this purchase. No, because of it's rustic style, the top isn't perfectly flat - but, to me, this doesn't affect it's function in any way and actually enhances the appearance. As someone else noted, each leg has a small adjustable foot on it - which is nice if your floor doesn't happen to be perfectly level in spots (or if the table needs adjustment - though mine didn't). l If this table has the look you want, I recommend it.

I'm not going to act like I'm good with interior decorating, but it has a rustic and modern feel in my opinion. Quite sturdy too. Description photos are accurate. Another plus is that it was delivered almost a week earlier than it was expected.

Absolutely love this table!!!! Came packaged nicely and was very easy to put together. I am very impressed with the quality and just how sturdy it is for the price. We just moved into a new house and am going with the farmhouse look and it's just perfect. I highly recommend this table and couldn't be happier!

Holy Cow!!! What a table!

Wow! This table exceeded my expectations in every way. I believe these tables are finished by hand; mine was a little darker than the one in the picture. Here are my reactions to this table. First, this table is wood. I mean, it's all wood. Solid wood that was cut out of a tree. I didn't see any flakeboard, particle board, or MDF anywhere on it, even underneath. Once you unbox it your house is going to smell like wood, so prepare yourself. Second, with the packaging they provided they must assume this is going to be dropped off the back of multiple trucks. There is foam padding, cardboard padding, and yet more foam padding. For a table that's supposed to have a distressed look, they seem to have been pretty worried about nicks and dents along the way. Third, assembly was super easy. A total of 12 sets of bolt, lock washer and flat washer, installed with the provided Allen-head wrench, and I had a sturdy, attractive table in front of my sofa. There are sockets embedded in the wood to accept the bolts so you don't have to worry about stripping out the wood. I put this together by myself, going slowly to avoid screwups, and it honestly took me longer to get the parts out of all the packaging and dispose of the wrappings than it took to assemble the table. Two people would make it easier to install the bottom shelf and flip the table over, but it wasn't a deal breaker. **Do make sure to NOT tighten down any of the bolts before they are all in. Otherwise, you are going to have problems getting the bottom shelf in.** If you can find this table at the right price point for you, pull the trigger. You won't be disappointed.

Love it! Sturdy, nice rustic look. Very happy with it

Absolutely perfect.

Waited nearly 3 years to find the perfect coffee table in size, appearance and price, and this ticks all the boxes. All the hardware was contained in a little bag and secured with tape, so they may have addressed the loose hardware issue others have mentioned. It's not overly heavy and I (female) was able to push the box up a flight of stairs alone and put together myself in about 20 minutes or so. Would be even faster with a second pair of hands. There are a lot of holes on the underside of the wood which confused me at first, but the only holes that matter are the threaded ones which lined up perfectly with the holes on the legs. Assembly involves 12 bolts and an allen wrench, included. A monkey could do it! The wood is finished and shouldn't be hard to clean at all. The surface is not flat/smooth, it is rustic and a little bumpy with a nail hole here and there - exactly what you would expect with reclaimed wood and what I was hoping for. I've included a couple of photos to show the surface better. This table is solid, sturdy, gorgeous, and real wood. And for that, the price cannot be beat. Now if only they would make a matching desk!!

Love this table. My husband did too- it's a good size and feels and looks more expensive that it is. Great for Rustin, farmhouse or industrial style decor. easy to put together. Heavy.
