High quality product, features availability might depend on your device

Having tested a similar device before, I can comment that this device is built to last as the other one is covered in plastic. Although the cable part remains the weak point of these kinds of dongles. A necessary evil when you intend to cram this many connectors to it. You wouldn't want all that shear force to be directed towards your laptop's fragile connector would you? I'd rather have the adapter break than the laptop IMHO. And dam does it look messy with everything plugged in (see last photo). ==TL;DR== Features tested -USB ports -works -2xHDMI -up to 4k for one monitor, gets upto 2x1080p on my Intel HD 620, might be the graphics card -gigabit ethernet - works Test platform: Spectre x360 15-bl000 2017 model with i7 and integrated intel HD 620 and dedicated GTX940MX The performance of these kind of device depends on your laptop/desktop and also its own ability to not overheat. The device is warm to touch shortly after operating at almost full capacity like in the last photo. This is a good thing since I am assured any heat build up is released efficiently, unlike some plastic covered designs I had before. Gigabit Ethernet is identified in the OS so I'm sure when I need it, it will be fast. Regarding HDMI outputs, I was able to output full resolution advertised 4k to one of the display OR 2x 1080p displays. When trying to override manually in intel graphic settings what I get in return is bandwidth limit exceeded and so I believe this to be a graphics card issue. Until I have more capable USB-C device that have better graphics, I am not able to test the full capability of the hdmi ports. Charging USB-C ports works as advertised, passing through USB-PD input. Up and running under a minute! Excellent product

I was looking for a nice USB-C hub for my mobile workstation so I could get work done on the go and still have all the space I need for peripherals. This device looked sleek and suited my requirements of 4K multiple monitor support, SD card reader, and Gigabit Ethernet. It arrived the next day with free Prime one day shipping. After unboxing, it took no time to set up. Literally just plug it in, and BOOM! ports galore. Very pleased with the fast shipping and fast set up. Excellent for business professionals on the road.

Dell Laptop - Dock

I was hesitant at first to give this a try cause the Dell 3100's and most the Dell docks are junk so I was hestitate as I didn't think a third party could do it. I've had issues with Pluggable lately too, so I gave this a run thinking whats the worst case, I'll just return it if it doesn't work. I pushed 1080 content to 3 monitors, had the USB ports loaded, and didn't have a single issue for a week. So, here I am praising aftermarket docks. Happy with this so far!

Everything you’d need & more

I can’t believe how compact this usb c hub is with all the options it has. I needed something that had everything so I didn’t have to have a bunch of different adaptors. This is the only adaptor you will need for your computer. Extremely light weight & high quality. Hooked it up right away to test it out & it works perfect.

Well made and small for a fast USB C Hub Dock Station!

So I have used many adapter to add for usb port for many of my various devices to my laptop. My laptop only comes with three usb ports which one is already taken up for my mouse. I have a lot of portable HD from 3TB to 4TB for backups of all files, photos, videos, and anything else under the sun. This USB C Hub is small and sturdy which I like a lot. I feel it won't break easily if dropped and will last for a long time. The best part is the speed when I connect my HD 3TB or 4TB and it load up within 20 seconds instead over a minute and a half with my laptop port. As from the pictures I hook up my usual devices that I tend to transfer data and charge my Fire tablet 10' which all works great. No lag in my portable HD transfer or loading even with my micro SD 128GB card coping over thousands of photos to my laptop. The only thing that I don't like about this product is the cost: sorry but $79.99 price tag makes it hard to make any average person wants to even give this great device a try. I am being ask to review this products which I do like and of course if I was given this as a gift, it would be used 100% all the time and go with me where ever I go. The one thing I can say to any one even consider looking for an adapter that does it all, and does it well, think about buying two or three adapter at $10 to $20 bucks to make up this one then the price is not such a stretch. Me personally, I'm ok with having to wait a bit for my devices to load up a bit longer. So finally thoughts, if the price isn't an issue and you want a great, portable, sturdy, and work then yeah I say buy this.

2 4k HDMI, power and every other port i need.

I am so happy with this hub. I have dual screens on my desk, it is amazing to have both monitors same resolution before I had one from HDMI and one with VGA now both monitors are connected with HDMI. I'm 4k ready when I upgrade monitors. It's great to be able to plug my charger in, now I really only need one cable. I get to work plug in the USB-c and now everything is connected and working. 4 USB, card reader, and even a VGA, this `11 in 1 has everything I need. It's light, small easy to take with me when traveling. It stays cool even when every port is connected. It is sturdy and built well. I am very happy with this.

Portable functionality at a great price.

I use a dock for my laptop when working from my desk. I really miss it when working on the road but transporting a dock is too bulky. This is a real winner! I now have the same functionality when on the road. I can plug in all my peripherals even though my laptop has limited ports. As a bonus, I tried using this with my Samsung galaxy s8. I was pleasantly surprised that it activated the Samsung dex mode and I was able to use my phone as a regular computer.

It Has Everything You Need!

This is a MUST HAVE for those that have USB Type-C smartphones, as well as newer laptops like any of the post-2015 MacBook Pro's. Native USB devices like flash drives and external hard drives are still relatively uncommon, while many of the newest flagship smartphones and Apple notebooks ONLY support USB Type-C peripherals. This Hub serves to add USB Type-A to devices that don't have them, while also allowing for HDMI 4K/30FPS external display output, which I was able to test using my cell phone The hub also has another built-in USB C port that allows fast charging and up to 100w of power delivery. This will be greatly appreciated especially by users with the newer non-Pro MacBook and MacBook Air models, because it gives back that USB type C port that they used to plug in this hub! The build quality is fantastic, and resembles the aluminum "space gray" color that Apple, Huawei, and others use on their flagship "Pro" devices, so users of those products will enjoy the matching colors. It's a really great buy!

Solid quality built Hub, lots of features, fast!

Item comes nicely packaged with a manual if needed. It truly is plug and play. So I have now been using this hub for a week and it has taken everything I have thrown at it with ease. Have tested with all types of usb products, large data transfers between disks (3TB), tested with Gigabit Ethernet (I have gigabit fiber service and the throughput is on par with motherboard gigabit..see pic!). It has worked flawlessly with a series of SD cards, iphone connection, an older Nikon Total Station (Surveying equipment). This hub has allowed me to consolidate accessories as it is an all-in-one! Windows 10 immediately recognized the hub, set it up and working with no problems. If your in the market for an all-in-one USB C solution look no further! I use it for a desktop but it is compact enough to also be a solution to take with you while your on the go.

Quality build and finish, value for the price (just what my daughter needed!)

This has a great feeling finish and built quality-it feels good in your hand. The only thing I would say is that it's too light. I know, this shouldn't be heavy, but my twisted mind wants a little more weight to it. That's a me issue and just an observation some might like to hear about. Even the box is a nice quality one. The functionality is great and inclusive. I've seen some docks that are way overboard, at least to the somewhat regular person. This has all the essentials (and a little more) in a lightweight, compact package. I like that it has both SD and micro SD (TF, whatev). The display options are great, but with a MacBook Pro, this will not allow 3 displays. You have to split the monitors between left and right USB-C ports. This is a limitation of the apple product, not this dock. I actually couldn't get an HDMI and the VGA ports to show up as separate monitors. They were just mirrored as the same display. The Ethernet port is good, but most people will probably not need it. With two USB 2 and two USB 3 ports, we're in business. Also, I love that you can charge your MacBook through this-gotta love the passthrough power of USB-C! This dock has a lot to offer, maybe more than most will use, but it's a good option.
