Long Lasting and Cost Effective Discs
I used the 120 grit sanding disc on my Makita BO5041 8 hole sander to sand hard red oak. I normally use Klingspor disks so much of my review is comparing to that brand. These discs worked well. Read on for our observations when using the discs. -- FIT WELL: The disks fit well on the 5" Makita sander. -- WEAKER HOOK AND LOOP: The disc did not seem to grab as well as the Klingspor but when using them they stayed attached well and did not break loose. After use, the hook and loop seem to grab harder when removing the disc from the sanders pad. -- THICKER AND STIFFER: The disc is stiffer and thicker then the Klingspor. I suspect this is because the grit is applied slightly thicker on a stronger backing. I tried to show the difference but I'm not sure you can tell from the picture. -- LONG LASTING: The 120 grit I used lasted surprising a long time. This is the best part of these sanding discs. I think the materials used to create and adhere the grit to the paper are just well designed. -- GOOD VALUE: At $0.14 per disc I think there are a good value especially since the fine grit discs are usually more expensive.. -- QUITE THE GRIT SELECTION: The grit selection goes all the way from 40 to 800. I would have little use for any grit above 220 in woodworking so the kit itself is probably not that cost efficient but its good to know I have the higher grits should that need arise.

Inexpensive multi-pack of discs.
I like these. They're not as good as the more expensive ones from the store, maybe 80% as good, but at 50% of the price. I can deal with that- since the sanding disc I have is better than the one I ran out of or forgot to buy. They stick on well to my orbital sander, and do the job as expected with minimum binding or clogging. They have appropriate holes for dust removal. I'm pleased overall.

This is a great deal
Most good abrasive paper has gotten very expensive in last few years. This 70 pack assortment is a really great deal. This is a premium type paper with excellent adhesion with the Hook and loops. The price is almost too good to be true. The 8 hole, 5 inch diameter discs fit my sander perfectly. It is great to have a very good selection of grits on hand and should last me quite awhile.

Lots of sand paper. Decent quality. The fine grits are nice to have.
This 70 pack of sanding discs should last quite a while. The discs seem to last quite a while and are pretty good quality. There are probably discs that last longer but not at this price. I had never actually used the fine grits like 600 and 800 in the past. They are nice to have. I am guessing that I will not need to buy sanding discs for several years.

These are great sanding discs
This is a great set of everyday sanding discs. 10 of every usual courseness from 40 to 800. I question if the 800 is really 800. When I compared it to another brand's 800, it seemed a bit rougher. Barely, but perceptibly.

Good Quality
I got these for my husband. Here's what he had to say: You won't find sanding discs with name brand sellers this cheap, and yet the quality is just as good as all of the other sanding discs I've used. I like the fact that the set has 10 of each, ranging from a very abrasive 40 grit to super fine 800 grit. Any job from rough to fine finish can be done with this set.

Great product if you can use what is included
These offer a really great range of grits for pretty much any project you have. The discs aren't so thin that they disintegrate after just a few minutes of use. You get a lot done per disc which really ups the value of this bundle. The grit layer is thicker than other replacement discs we've purchased from big box home stores, so they've been lasting longer. Like most sanding discs these attach to sanders with velcro. The stickiness of these discs seems kind of weak, but don't worry. They don't come off while in use as long as you really press them into the underside of the sander. The hubby has been very happy with the performance of these discs and the number of options he has. Some of them he has cut into smaller pieces to use on other hobby projects, like the 800 grit for super fine polishing of metal. The 600 grit is good for polishing car headlights. Even if you won't use some of the finer grips for woodworking, there are always something it can be used for. He's been using these discs on a DeWalt sander without any trouble. Not everyone is going to need such a variety of sanding discs, so this is only a good value if you are truly going to use the different grits offered in this package.

Quality
The quality of these discs are as good as any brand I've bought in the past, and they fit my sander and stay in place just as well as any others. Good quality and good value.

Worth the money
The pads are not thin. I like the variety in grit. Overall, great product.
