This was just what I needed, came quickly, and was as described! Very pleased.

Received my replacement screen on time and the packaging seemed adequate. After opening I was happy to see a pretty decent set of tools as well as an extra screen protector. Once I replaced my cracked screen I checked to quality of the pixels/color. Everything looks good and the screen is still running strong going on a few months. Overall a great deal for a solid product.

My daughter's iPod touch was cracked all up so instead of paying Apple to fix it I decided to take a shot at it myself. I read all reviews and even watch some DIY videos. Most ppl wre right when they said the plastic tool included in this kit is a piece of crap so I used a small flet head screwdriver to get the glass off. The instructions WERE included but weren't really good and I think it would have been helpful to actually see how the frame and glass was stuck inside the iPod (maybe I should have taken out the glass from the package first to see how it was made LOL) It took me about and hour to do it all because I didn't want to scratch the LCD screen or break anything around or under the glass. The hardest part was trying to get the little microchip thingy attached. After all that hard tedious work I am very staisfied with the outcome....her screen looks like new and she is happy with it. If it gets cracked again I definitely would buy another one and do it myself!

Great replacement screen for the price. Will definitely order another one if and when needed. Customer service is impressive. Got an email from seller with instructions right after. Followed it and walah it worked like original

It was my first attempt at installing a replacement screen and I must say it was as super easy. The seller made provided step by step instructions on the install and I had the new screen installed in 30 minutes. It took me a few minutes to reconnect some of the parts because they’re so tiny, but overall it was a breeze.

This was very surprisingly easy to replace. The old one popped right off, this one snapped back in, and it's like new now!

Received no printed guide. Received no support tape or adhesive. Turns out that I didn't need either. A quick search on YouTube shows you many guides on how to disassemble and install. This is the second one of these glass digitizer/frames that I have purchased. The first one I actually cracked installing it (my first installation). This second one went off without a hitch. Keep in mind this is the top glass and frame portion only. The LCD screen itself is underneath that. If that is broken on your unit, then you need another product perhaps in addition to this one. This unit arrived in mint condition packaged in bubble wrap with some tiny screw drivers, a suction cup (of no use to me), and plastic tools that are supposed to be helpful in separating the unit. The most helpful tool I used was a very hard guitar pic that came with another digitizer for another phone I fixed. The tools that come with the unit are cheap plastic and break easily. You need a thin, hard plastic wedge to get in between the glass frame and the back half of the unit. Be careful you aren't separating the glass itself from the frame. That is not desirable. The glass and the black frame it is adhered to should come out as a unit. It actually winds up being easier that way and less chance of breaking the glass further and potentially injuring yourself. Start with the right side of the unit and work your way around the top and bottom edges. Separate the halves as if it were hinged on the left and you will find a flat cable that you simply pull off the bottom half. Reverse for installation of new digitizer. Use caution reassembling. I put too much pressure on the corner of my first one and cracked it. A little packaging tape held it together until I got another. Be patient. Don't force it too hard. The unit flexes only a small bit, but use this to your advantage to install the new product. It will work like a charm when you do. Good luck. This is a great product and it works when installed properly! Love the price! Will buy again!

I have been purchasing the screens for years now and I have never had a problem. Occasionally you will get one that doesn't work but that happens with the manufacturing process of just about anything. I have not had one complaint from any of my customers I would highly recommend these replacement screens to anyone.

iPhone screen for an iPhone 6 works great all parts included

I was a little hesitant to order this item after reading some of the comments about the inoperable home buttons and the difficulty with the installation, However I am unwilling to spend an additional $200 + on a new iPod and thought that $17.00 was not that much to see if I could replace a broken glass screen. I also selected this item because everything was included (digitizer, frame and Home button) after reading multiple reviews on various replacement options it seems that the reviewers had difficulty with the frame cracking (specifically during the the dis assembly). The item arrived on time and was suitably packaged. I watched the you tube video and decided to go ahead. I was able to separate the frame and digitizer using a straight edged razor blade (the you tube video shows an exacto knife which presumably would have made this procedure easier). It took a while to align the ribbon cable and ensure the integrity of the connection (I did not want to have to reopen the device after It was closed). Once everything was repaired I was able to snap the replacement back into place with little difficulty. This evolution took about 5-10 minutes, I did not use any of the spudger (?) tools nor did I have to use the suction cup ( I suspect that the suction cup would have been really helpful had the glass sustained major damage). Tested screen movement and the home button and everything was satisfactory. I don't have any problem with this product recommendation. Ipod looks and functions like new.
