Great value camera

So lightweight and easy to use i let my niece run around with it - it keeps her occupied and she tires out before the camera does - so , good battery life (2 batteries come with the camera) All the expected features are here. 1080p resolution, zoom, rotating good quality screen, tripod socket - basically everything you need to get going except for the micro card. I had to get one. The resultant video and sound quality is good even on a huge screen. Great value, well worth it

Great find!

I’ve been having issues with my cell phone video feature when stumbled on this video camera. The price was right so I figured I’d try it out. It exceeded my expectations. It’s lightweight, easy to use and the quality of the videos are clear and bright. If I had to give one critique, it would be that I wished the pouch was slightly larger so I could fit all the wires plus the camera. However it comes with an extra battery and everything you need so no real complaints!!

Lightweight camcorder, perfect for all occasions.

This beautiful little camera just arrived and I have to say that I'm impressed! For one thing, I was not expecting it to be so lightweight. I was seriously expecting a camcorder like the one my parents used to use. You know, the humungous heavy thing that you can only comfortably hold for 10 minutes at a time. ;) This is small and very compact with a hand strap that you can tighten. It is the perfect size for my hand. Would be perfect for trips especially with its two batteries and travel bag! The bag has a loop on the back that you could add a caribiner clip if you'd like to attach to your belt loop or purse. This camera comes with everything you need to get started EXCEPT for the SD card. 24 Megapixels and 16× Zoom!

Camcorder Newbie

Ok.. I'm new to camcorders. I've never even held obe before today. I've always used my phone and been content. So getting this cam corder was a bit new to me. Still, this cam corder was pretty easy to figure out! Now, here are some observations about what I did and did not like, and please keep in mind that I have no idea if this is normal for all cameras, or unique to this one. LIKE: You can set the definition of videos and pictures. You can go full, or dial it back a bit if you're trying to save on memory card space. This camera fits really comfortably in my hand. I can reach all the buttons easily enough, and I have kind of small hands. The features are simple, but it still gives you a few fun options like the ability to change the recording mode from normal to sepia, or B&W, or blue/Red/green DISLIKE: When I use the zoom toggle, the sound is picked up on the recording no matter how gently I try and use the button. Lots of clicks. The strap that goes around your hand has Velcro to adjust, but everything is sewn in place, so you can't really adjust it too much . I pulled the strap till it was comfortable on my hand and I had no Velcro left to fasten down so I had to loosen it. When I push the menu buttons (while not recording) there is a loud obnoxious beep every time, and I can't figure out a way to disable that. SUMMARY: I like this camera and think it's a great option to learn with. A great introductory for kids and adults alike. I only had one problem when trying to use it. I pulled the SD card from my camera and popped it in, and every time I tried to take a picture, the screen would freeze all pixelated and the only way I could fix it was to remove the battery. So I read the instruction book again and realized I'd missed the part where it said if your SD card had been used, then you need to reformat it. So I popped it in my laptop, deleted all the old photos and reformatted it. That fixed it! Don't make my mistake! Read the whole instruction book lol!

Easy to use

I wanted to purchase a camcorder for all my family's outdoor adventures and for an upcoming trip I want to take. This camcorder definitely has everything I could possibly want. I love that it can take pictures and videos, and I can view them on my tv. It was simple to set up. It comes with an extra battery in case the one in it dies. It uses a USB charger, so I am able to charge it up in my car while were on the road. The setup booklet was a nice addition to walk me through how to set it up and was very easy to understand. It comes with a carrying case as well. I love that it is so small and lightweight, but still has amazing quality.

Great camcorder, small and easy to operate

This is a great camcorder for those that are on the go, especially in the vlogging community. It is intuitive and easy to use and certainly holds a charge all throughout the day. It's been a real asset and can travel along anywhere. The menus are easy to navigate as well. I picked up a small carrying case and with it, I always have the camera on the go. I would recommend this to anyone especially those who want to capture moments on the go!

Ready, Say Cheese !!!!

Its so simple that my 6 year kid operates it with no difficulty at all,this cute little Handy camera exceeded my expectations.In the past i have used handy cam's which are really big, bulky, with complicated menu to operate and very pricey. This is compact lightweight and SUPER easy to use. All you have to do is put in the battery, install the Memory card,turn ON the camera and you are all set to capture the moments.To charge the battery simply plug the USB cable and charger in to the camera.The light lets you know when its fully charged.The kit comes with Dual battery as backup when you need it.The photo and video quality is FHD (1080).This cute handy cam is real value for money.I do highly recommend this Handy cam.

Even better then expected

This video camera did indeed exceed our expectations. We decided on this particular one based on the customer reviews we read vs reviews on other very similar video cameras. I own an older Panasonic digital video camera from years back its big, bulky, complicated to operate and cost 10x more then this one. I would easily trade it in for another one of these. This is compact lightweight and SUPER easy to use. Basically you put in the battery, install your own sd card, open the "viewfinder" door and push the red button. That's the basics but I do highly recommend reading the short manual that comes with the camera. It too is simple, to the point and everything you need to know..with the possible exception of charging the battery (it may or may not be in the book but i didnt see it) To charge the battery simply plug the included usb and charger in to the camera when the battery is installed. The light lets you know when its fully charged. Also, please note that my camera was not set on the highest quality settings in the menu by default and i was just a bit disappointed with the quality at first until i realized this and changed the settings. We are super happy with this camera and even happier with the cost. Look forward to leaving my high dollar cell phone in the car when filming our outdoor adventures. Always nervous of losing, breaking or drowning my iphone and with this I'm not worried as ill just get another one. I do highly recommend this video camera but don't make the mistake of expecting the same results of a high dollar 4k sony or top of the line cell phone camera. This isn't that nor does it claim to be. Its fun and fits our "video camera" budget perfectly.

Great little cam recorder

This is a great small video camera that replaces your phone camera if it is not that good or if you do not own a $1000 + smartphone. The video quality is nice and will get the job done when recording my family events. I had to use my 32 GB SD card to start recording since an SD card is not included with what comes in the box. The camera however, comes with 2 batteries which should last along time when recording before you need charging.

Lightweight fancy cam

I ordered this cam for capturing outdoor activities and family events. this is a great product for the price. All you need is an sd card and you can easily get started with recording the videos. Its a lightweight and small cam which can be easily carried. Comes with a case and batteries. The video quality is decent and comparable to my old camera which is priced 5-6 times more than this.
