I haven't used this yet but it could double as a costume because it's THAT cute! I have a 28 pound Boston Terrier and I got a medium, I think I could have gotten away with a small though. The little fin stays upright which was a pleasant surprise! I'd highly recommend it even if it's just for cuteness. Update....I did take him to my friend's pool and tried it out. He was a little too terrified of the water to prove its effectiveness but I still give it 5 stars.

Well made, looks adorable

Our bulldog is a bit over 60 pounds (she's got the density of a dying star) and so I ordered the large. Fits almost perfectly with the straps on the tightest setting. Probably could have gotten away with a medium, but it looks great! I don't think I'll be able to lift her with just the handle alone, but I wouldn't expect to, considering how heavy she is

Cute and can fit snug

Super cute! The size small for my dog is just right thanks to the adjustable straps. I do wish the floatation padding was just a little bit thicker so I could have a piece of mind but surprisingly it still does the trick for small dogs!

Quality is good.

Everything is as expected except the shipping is too slow, it takes probably two weeks from order to receive. Might just because I ordered extra large and they are running out of storage. The life jacket itself is pretty good quality, stable than I thought.

It’s the perfect fit! My husky is now safe and stylish

The large is a perfect fit! I originally bought a medium but my girl has grown so I had to return it. My husky is 57 lbs, height is about 21 inches and her length from nose to tail is about 36 inches. I hope this is helpful as I also look to other reviews for this info myself. The material feels well made and the shark fin kinda flopped to the side because it came packed neatly. I’m sure I can figure it out how to make it stand more but I did buy this vest mostly for her safety. I can’t wait to try it out on the lake in July when we take her paddle boarding. So I’ll update my review then for how it does in the water. She loves the water but I want to feel extra certain that she will be safe. She does look adorable in it though! Update (4/4/19): I have used this vest on my girl a few times and it does the job. Shark 🦈 fin still flops but as I mentioned before, I really got it for safety reasons. The handle makes it easy for me to help my pup back up onto our paddle board after she jumps in for a swim.

into a beautiful lake Mer-princess

This mermaid outfit turned our lab, Chloe, into a beautiful lake Mer-princess! Only negative was after so long of wearing her mermaid vest in-and-out of the water, and between sprints around the yard, it chaffed her belly ninnies some. Nonetheless, does what its meant to do and makes for a good laugh, too! Her cousin Emma got the shark! Very fierce!

Our 6 month Blue Heeler is usually pretty skittish in deep water, she'll usually just likes to get her paws wet, but as soon as I put on the vest not only is she more confident she can't stay out of the water! Yesterday she swam more continuously than I've ever seen her swim and she was glowing! Truly turned into a mermaid. Quality you can trust!
