The kalimba provides solace when I feel alone. Am blissfully happy with this kalimba. It has superb sound, as well as being absolutely beautiful and carrying extremely positive energy with it, which is important! The tines are smooth and play like butter, the tone is amazing and so smooth. Fits so nicely in my hands, a perfect travel companion! I will definitely purchase one more thumb piano in the future!

The craftsmanship is superb!

I have played many kalimbas throughout the years and I have to say that this 17 key kalimba is by far my favorite of all of them. Fits perfectly in your hands and has the perfect shape. It's better if you have fingernails. They are also so intimate to provide you the nail wraps.

Cool instrument for entertaining my toddler

Friend got it as a gift and my toddler adores it, so I got one for her too. It’s easy to play and even if you randomly play the keys they sounds beautifully. I’m watching YouTube videos and learn how to “seriously” playing it so we can bring it on the road and entertain. Great quality and good sounding, no need to tune it though it comes with instructions and tools.

I love this thumb piano. The design is elegant and the music comes out is beautiful. Even I don’t play piano, it is easy to find some tutorial videos or music sheets online and learn how to play. I always want to learn a musical instrument, this thumb piano just comes in handy. The package contains a tool for tuning, in case needed to tune. very thoughtful.

Cool easy to play instrument!

This is a neat addition to our musical instrument collection. This can be easily played by adults and children. It is very well made and easily stored in the zip up case. There is no set up just take out of case and it is ready to use. It took some practice to get my fingers to make the sound I wanted. It is not a very loud instrument but the sound is clear. There is a tuning tool includes which is nice. The guide with songs is very helpful to learn and know which ones to push make the song.

Never too late to start. Perfect instrument!!

I had an injury 35 years ago. It left me not able to play the guitar anymore and keyboards made hand hurt after playing for the first couple minutes. I wish I had found this instrument years ago. It's perfect for me and my condition. It's easy to learn and sounds so beautiful! Very therapeutic, even the quality of the instrument is well made.

Beautiful instrument and fun to play

I was happy to see how well this was made: the wood is beautiful, feels solid, and it fits comfortably in my hands. Mine came in tune so I didn’t have to adjust anything, and I could play it right out of the box. The extras, which include a tuning hammer, are just great. Nice to be able to store it in the carrying case. It takes some time for your fingers to get used to plucking the metal tines but one can quickly figure out what’s comfortable for you. No complaints and very pleased with my purchase.

easy to play and therapeutic sounds

I randomly found this when I look for an easy instrument and not too noisy to play next to my baby, and it's so cool and therapeutic. u can easily make a pleasant sound and strong healing vibrations whenever and wherever. trying a sweet song w my baby is something I do enjoy after a hard day's work!
