This is a really neat portable fan that really cools you down.

Just what I needed on a hot day and this portable fan really works great. The mist feature really cools you down fast. I used to use a squirt bottle but this fan does a much better job as it combines a breeze with a mist. It runs quite awhile on the lower speed but does a great job. I also like that it recharges using any standard smartphone charger! No worries about batteries because of that great feature.

Very satisfactory performance in a hand-held fan

With the supplied USB cable, I was able to recharge it with a solar panel. A flashing red circle of lights around the power button indicates charging is going on. The press power button gives three speeds. On the highest setting, it had a nice cooling effect as a hand-held, close-up, personal fan after some hot work outside. It doesn't make much noise, either. The slide switch turns on the mister, which was more like a one-inch stream of fog than a spray. I used it on some indoor plants. The little cap that holds the water did not leak.

At one of my jobs the office gets so hot, windows open, AC on...still very uncomfortable. This plugs right into the USB port on the computer on my desk and I point it at me and get a cool breeze. I obviously had to set it up so it didnt blow the paperwork off my desk but that was not hard and I dont spray water on things. But I do pick it up and use the mist function when I am getting overly heated and it cools me right off. Love this thing.

Nice Little Hand Fan!

This Handheld Misting Mini Fan, 4000 mAh Battery Operated or USB Powered Portable Fan with Cooling Humidifier is pretty neat! I haven't used it with water yet, but I will next week because the weather will be heating up to the 90s here. I have it sitting next to me while I type. I'm going to see how long it holds a charge, and I'll come back and add that info. It's a good size to carry along. And if you have a portable charger, you can recharge the battery. This little fan will help me keep the air conditioner off a bit longer, and that's money in the bank.

Good for the summer

This is a genius little fan for the hot summer months or for those who suffer from hot flashes. The cooling spray is a great idea although the fan battery power outlasts the misting water by a lot. I like that I can charge it using USB. This fan can be used at a desk or on the go. The fan is pretty powerful and has varying speeds.

Cheap cool!

Air conditioning is expensive, but this nifty little item gives you a shot of cool for pennies. Works best in hot, dry climates, you get a nice cool breeze then a shot of cooling moisturizing mist. Easy to use, portable, take anywhere. Great at concerts, theme parks, sporting events, or by the pool.

Excellent

We tried the Misting fan out at an art fair while sitting in a booth enclosure. It was a very hot stuffy day and we needed some personal air movement. This is the best fan we have tried. We had tried a couple of battery operated fans which we got at a local store and though they worked, the air speed was less than adequate. This misting fan which costs only about 15% more than our other fans has about 3 times the air movement. Added to this it will blow mist as well. It has good battery power and lasts for a reasonable time. I highly recommend this unit.
