Great Camera for the price

We couldnt afford the top of the line and did a little research and found this one. We've used it several times bike riding and the picture is excelent. It even has sound.

Mega package of accessories, all compatible with Zoom Q4n

This is a gigantic package of just about everything you need to get started with your Zoom Q4n recorder. While there are more things than I ever imagined would be included for a reasonable price, it takes the guess work out of knowing which items would be compatible with the camera, and what size bags would contain them. The camera did an excellent job recording audio indoors and also outdoors.

I need to start off by commending Cameta Camera, the company that sold me the camcorder. I had an issue (which I will detail below) and they were prompt and courteous in their response. I ended up solving the issue myself, but Cameta Camera demonstrated a desire to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. Now, on to the camera review. Video quality is crisp and clear. Remember, this is a wide angle lens, so I expected a bit of fisheye in the videos. I was pleasantly surprised to find this wasn't the case. My testing consisted of a couple of quick motorcycle rides around town. Rides lasted about an hour total, and the battery lasted for the entire ride. Audio quality is as good as can be expected. The only issue I had was an audio/video synchronization problem when previewing the movie files directly from the camcorder. Having never had this problem before, it drove me nuts. I tried upgrading the firmware per the user manual instructions, but the option didn't exist. I called Polaroid but never got through to a human. This makes me very skeptical of any actual factory-based support if I have a genuine issue, but I'm digressing. The audio/video sync problem can be overcome by simply copying the file to your computer before viewing. Don't try to view directly on the camcorder. My original purpose for purchasing this camcorder was for recording whitewater kayaking. I have not yet tested it out on the river, but based on other cameras I've seen, I'm confident that it will work as expected.

Easy to replacement on my gopro 2, just make sure you threaded slow as it's plastic threads. Also be sure to have an HDMI output to adjust focus by rotating. Very happy with this item.

it's a good purchase.

The package came with a redundant cleaning kit and a cheap tripod stand. I still can't understand how come there isn't a colour filter for it. Otherwise, it's a good purchase.
