Splintered wood on one puzzle!!! But GREAT customer service!!!

I absolutely love the sturdiness of these puzzles EXCEPT one of the puzzles was not cut well and the wood splintered on most of the pieces on that one puzzle. I can’t let my little ones play with it!!!! Edit... I emailed the company and they immediately shipped me a replacement set of puzzles! Awesome customer service!!!

Preschool fun!

My 2 year old twins and 4 years old preschooler had so much fun with these. The pieces are sturdy and durable. The bright colors and fun cartoon pictures kept them interested. My 4 year old loves puzzles and these challenged him and he even helped the twins complete theirs. After completing they wanted to do it all over again. Over and over fun!

Customer service

I sent an email to the seller because one of the puzzles didn’t get cut properly. The wood was splintering and we ended up throwing it away. Sadly, it was the farmyard one and the gift was for a farmers daughter. They emailed right away and promised to send another set as soon as they are back in stock. I only asked for the one. That rocks! Plus, the other three were perfect and she did all three right then as soon as she opened them. :)

high quality puzzles!

nice wood puzzles! The puzzles also have a guide you can lay down on the bottom of the puzzle to help guide the kids on where the pieces might go. Its just a picture of what the finished puzzle is on the bottom, but it is removable, so you can take it out as their puzzle skills get better. great puzzles! highly recommend!

Good sturdy puzzles

I bought these for my 5-year old niece's birthday, and they were a hit with all of the kids! They held up to my 2-year old nephews beatings and slobber. They are very good, sturdy material. I expect them to last a long time. Very pleased with my purchase. I will absolutely be back for more!

Perfect Puzzles

Excellent product. Perfect gift for my 3 year old niece who is just getting into puzzles. Colorful. Durable. Pictures are engaging. Age appropriate. Definitely recommend for toddlers beginning to puzzle.

Puzzles are always great for kids, constructive thinking. Puzzles are cute pics and held my twin grandkids attention. One girl & one boy. And older 9 year old sister too also enjoyed the puzzles.

My 3 year old loves these puzzles! What makes them even better is under the puzzle is the printed picture so you don’t have to refer back to a box top for what it’s supposed to look like. Great quality!
