Works really well

Just plugged it in and worked great right off the bat. I used a little double sided tape to secure it to the side of my PC and the USB cord is long enough to reach my front ports without making a mess of excess wire.

No issues, works as advertised, USB 3.0 speeds

Plug and play usage, worked fine out of box. The cord is about 12-inches long (including the plugs) so you don't have a lot length, but enough to come around the back of a computer. Transfer speeds were very fast, though I'm not sure if it reached full 3.0 speeds (5Gb/s), It was still in excess of my old USB 2.0 card reader. Also, note that my old computer motherboard might have been a limiting factor.

Great multi card reader

Just got this today and so far I'm really liking this card reader. I have tried it out several times and it recognized my SDHC ultra plus with no problems. I had a file of about 450 pictures and it took less than 20- seconds to transfer the files to my computer all pictures came in clear. The case is made of hard plastic and has a blue light letting you know that it is connected to the computer. The SD card slid into the slot without any trouble and no wobble. It comes with a 14 inch power cord which is great as this is for my tower and I can leave it plugged in and sitting on top of the tower. The great plus is that it acts like an internal card reader that I don't have to plug and unplug each time I use it. You can use the safely eject card mode and simply take the card out. The reader is just under 3 1/2 inches long so it doesn't take up space and is small enough for travel. After reading all the bad reviews of all the other readers out there I decided to take a chance on this reader. So far I'm glad that I did. Will update at a later time to post how it is doing. Right now I love it. UPDATE: I've had it for a few weeks now and runs with no problems. The SD card reader on my laptop now went out so I just bought another one of these for my laptop. In fact I've been singing high praises for this reader that one of my family members also bought one. Love it.

Great unit, great price!

I purchased this INDMEM unit primarily to read CF cards. This usb 3.0 reader is faster than my old usb 2.0 reader (even though download speed is limited to memory card speed). The build quality is excellent and comes with a usb 3.0 cable that attaches snuggly to the back of the unit. CF cards fit securely into the reader slot, with NO bending of slot pins occurring (with any card reader you should always wiggle the card in and out to prevent this from ever occurring). After looking at many available card readers on Amazon my head was spinning until I came across this INDMEM reader. Even though at the time of my purchase this unit only had one review (5 star), the manufacturer’s video, manufacturer’s writeup and specs, and warranty all convinced me the reader would be a solid purchase. I was right. Highly recommended!

Great card reader - good value

I got this Card Reader so that I can view all of my pictures from old memory cards on my KODAK Digital Frame. It works perfect for this. All of my cards - SD, Micro SD, XD inserted into the reader with no issues. Happy customer here.

Great product

Had a lot of trouble getting a compact flash card to fit but it finally went in. Works great now.

Works great for my CF card

I have an older camera that uses a CF card. My new laptop does not have a CF reader so I bought this. It was exactly what I needed. My laptop had no problem recognizing the reader and it uploads photos very fast. It is small and portable. Perfect for what I needed.
