BEST DIAPER ON THE MARKET!!!

Update 1/6/19 Now that I have worn these for months I want to update my original review. These diapers are EVEN BETTER than I first thought. For all of us that experience our bladder emptying GET THESE!!!!! I have not had urine run down my leg / legs with Solimo Maximum absorbency. The elastic around your legs does not get stretched out. The first time I thought, well, I just put it on, we’ll see. Then there was a second, and a third & a fourth. I finally feel like I have a diaper that does what it is supposed to do, keep the urine in the diaper, and don’t let it run down my legs! Do yourself a favor and get these! I have worn diapers for 8 years. When I first started wearing them there weren’t many brands available. I used depends maximum and really liked them. I bought them subscribe and save. Then a couple years ago depends changed things up. They created a night time maximum, which were very expensive. And made their ‘maximum’ a lesser diaper for the same price. I decided to look around, I was going to try assurance when I saw these. And, amazon has a ‘trial’ you can get - for (I think) $3. for a trial how could I go wrong. I LOVE the Amazon Brand! They give you the exact same protection as depends. They are individually wrapped, sooooo much easier to carry in my purse. I have thrown away diapers after carrying in my purse for a while because they got opened & messed up. No more! Plus, being individually wrapped they take up less room. The best part of all - the PRICE. Compare Amazon Brand to any others & it’s a no brainer! I highly, highly recommend these!

WONDERFUL Incontinence Underwear

These incontinence underwear pants are WONDERFUL. I was completely surprised at the comfort, utility and appearance. They are simply AMAZING. Please keep making them. We women need to have such comfortable, useful and lovely iincontinence underwear.

A decent urinary Incontinence protection Underwear for Women.

Amazon says that it is a decent Incontinence Underwear for Women, but it needs to re-written as "A decent urinary Incontinence Underwear for Women" because it does help only the urinary incontinence, not for fecal incontinence. I tested an unused underwear for testing and it did hold about 20 oz of water, which is great and thus I do recommendend this product.

Gr8 fit for old handicapped women

I am 87 years old and handicapped. I have been incontinent for 30 years now. I have tried almost every underwear on the market. Finally I found one that fits good, stays properly, and holds a liner well. AND the price is right. I wear large. I am 5'1 and weight 210. I am so happy that I don't have saggy, baggy pants anymore. Unless you have been there, you can't realize how your dignity returns. Thanks for having what is right for me.

Confidence & Security for Mom

These undergarments have given my 96 year old mom the confidence to be out in the world and enjoy everyday activities most if us take for granted, such as shopping, dining out and socializing. They are highly absorbent, totally unobtrusive and are a huge improvement from the bulky and ineffective pads she had been reluctant to give up for what she formerly considered "diapers". Once she saw how nice they look and how well they fit, she was sold. The lavender color and elastic openings make them aesthetic and easy to get on and off. As a retired RN, she can now maintain the level of cleanliness and hygiene she expects at a price anyone can appreciate. These things appear to be identical to name brand garments in every respect, right down to the color, at a much lower cost, and Amazon ships so quickly that my latest order arrived within just a couple of hours after placing it. I don't know how they do it. I'm just a simple caveman. When I watch TV, I actually think there are tiny people inside a thin screen talking to me. I don't know why they can't hear me when I talk to them. But I do know this: I will continue ordering these undergarments for my mom until a better product at a lower price comes along.

Saved me!

I got this underwear for after giving a birth to my daughter, I had a natural birth and they literally saved me, because I didn't have to worry about changing and laundering and everything else, they made it simple. Vey good quality, comfortable design, if you looking for something to make your life a little bit easier after the labor-this is a great choice!

Great Product

I am happy I did not read reviews before I ordered these. Contrary to what I read, I think they are wonderful. I have overflow incontinence and often have a huge amount of urine. These have worked wonderfully. I have had NO urine run down my legs at all. I think they are very comfortable and don't feel like I am wearing anything. I think I have found my product. They fit extremely well. You do not hear paper sounds. The panty part is very comfortable. Don't change a thing. You have a winner here.

Secure and Unnoticeable - for Women's LIGHT Incontinence Needs (TMI Alert!)

The following info may strike some as TMI - but what are reviews for, if not to offer a useful, frank, thorough, thoughtful real-life assessment? To sum up: although these women's Amazon Solimo Incontinence Underwear briefs are labeled "Maximum Absorbency," I highly recommend them for LIGHT incontinence use. They would also offer fantastic reassurance for young women during extremely heavy menstrual flow (smallest size is "Small-Medium"). However, I'm fairly sure that a more heavily-padded product is needed to safely contain many small leaks, for copious or semi-solid evacuation, or for long hours of expected events while sleeping or lying down. As an active, fashionable, healthy woman in my 60's (I feel/look 10 years younger), I take good care of myself and had never thought about this garment type. But then, along came the nasty surprise of extended "insecurity" after a difficult colonoscopy prep. I spent four long, poo-focused days at home in, or hovering near, my bathroom, surrounded by fully-charged electronics. Sounds funny, but it wasn't: I had to construct a brick-like panty liner just to venture to the kitchen, sat on plastic-lined pet pads, and for 3 nights (fortunately) slept on a beach towel spread over a big, thick garbage bag. Ridiculous. On the evening of Day 4 of this routine, I finally researched this enormous women's product category online (who knew?) and ordered the Amazon Solimo briefs...after confirming they're UNSCENTED and would arrive the next day. I wear size 14 or 16 jeans at my MD-recommended weight because I can't tolerate tight waist pressure, so I selected these in size LARGE/L - ignoring the indicated much heavier weight range. Good move, great fit, and what a relief! Extremely comfortable (especially when seated), functional and well-designed, these pale lilac-color briefs are both secure and unnoticeable. Their wide grandma-height seamless top band of crinkly, stretchy woven paper has rows of teeny sewn-in elastic to keep them just snug enough to stay in position while not binding, bunching or feeling hot. Below the band, the soft-covered padded area has equal front and back volume of wicking protection. I don't know if they’d stay put with heavy activity, but for normal use, you could easily wear these under pants, jeans, dresses and day or evening clothes. Pantyhose or your usual underpants could comfortably be layered over for extra security. Each brief in the multi-count package comes folded and wrapped in its own woven-paper travel wrapper. Although they stretch to pull up/on and then off, the package directions offer the practical option of removing by ripping open the top band vertically on one or both sides (safety scissors would help). Note that these briefs CANNOT be flushed or recycled, so after use should be put in a waterproof bag, tied and disposed of in the trash.

I hate that I had to order these

I hate that I had to order these. But my incontinence and over-active bladder is getting out of control. These fit fine and have done exactly what the needed to do. I do get a little hot and sweaty while wearing them but there is not much I can do about that. I wear them only with skirts right now because I don't know if the outline of them will show through my pants. I will have to try those when I can wear them only around the house until I know for sure.

Been very happy with these

Works well sizewise, the description of size is correct. It has good absorbing abilities and keeps you dry to the touch. I use them for my mother and she always says she is dry when I know it’s wet by weight and color. So that is good absorbency. They fit fine under clothes and are easy to pull up and stay up. I have been happy with them and I find the price reasonable especially compared to other brand names. Purchased these many times in the past year and have been happy with them and will continue to buy them.
