Good Upgrade To Original Wiring

This is a great update to my camping trailer for the light wiring. Originally from the factory they just used a household metal junction box with wire nuts to connect the trailer cord to the wires of the camper, cheap if you ask me. Putting this on made it look a lot cleaner and tidy plus the wires are all in a heat shrinked eyelet with no possible way of water ingress. I took a little piece of foam and pushed it into the lid of the box just to make it a little more waterproof. The box has plenty of room for wiring and the provided plugs are nice to be able to put the wires wherever you would like them. The only downside I found was where the wires come through the box the hold downs are plastic and I had one crack on me but not a huge issue.

Dry and safe

The junction box is a perfect mid point in wiring, I used it just after the bulk head in my service van to make adding more wire connections easer w/o having to use tap-ins making the wires look crappy. The only warning is make sure you get all the screws and nuts. the nuts are not SAE and I am not sure they are metric. everything I bought wouldn't fit to replace lost ones. I improvised own connection terminal. Easy install, solid and protected.

Nice Junction Box

Using two of these On my homemade camper build got one on the tongue for pigtail and one in the rear that all taillights and rear markers tie into front markers tied into the front box. One thing though I got more nuts for mine I tightened first nuts down to keep stud tight and hold first wire then put second wire on then used the second nut on the second wire

Perfect junction box!

Love this junction box. I was able to clean up the factory wiring harness. The picture with the rats nest of wires is the original set up under a box.

Professional-looking installation

This things looks great, was easy to install, is high quality, and made for a very professional-looking installation in the bed of my truck. I used it to tap in to my trailer lights when wiring the stop/tail/turn signals on my new headache rack. It really looks good!

Easy and well built

Well built and easy to install. Easy to make connections. Connections are nice and secure. Easy to configure for any installation. Even held up to the cable getting snagged and pulled.

It’s bigger than I thought it would be. There is plenty of room for terminating wires. Has several plugs and grommets for a good weather seal.

Recently rewired my car trailer and this made it so much easier and I'm sure it will be easier to troubleshoot issues in the future

Solid construction

Used to to add accessories to my topper. Seems to keep the moisture out and was a solid build. Ended up using 3 total for my build.

Makes it easy to troubleshoot

Worked great to clean up my old boat trailer wiring, additionally adds a convenient spot check voltage levels. I need to put one on my car trailer too!
