First of all, the packaging of the hub is very good. It is a handy product. It have different ports for different needs. For me, it is very useful. I'm using this with my MacBook pro and it's working well so far. I often use the HDMI port and SD car reader. The data transfer speed suprised me, so fast!!! This hub doesn't run hot when I used several ports at the same time. It also charge my MacBook pro well. Comparing with other usb c hub, I like this one because its good quality. I am very happy with it.

If I can buy it early

I read many reviews about this product and finally choose it . This adaptor provides a wealth of connectivity options via a single USB C port. It can charge me computer and the charging speed is fast. I don't need to worry about my computer power off. I like the fast data transfer speed and the HDMI port. It upload very fast with the laptop. When I use all the ports at the same time, they also works well! Light weight product has many functions. I hope I can buy it early!

Very good and affordable device.

This usb c hub is exactly what I want, well build, good price for the amount of ports it gives. I upgraded my Apple recently and for whatever reason Apple removed the SD card reader! So I have to purchase the 7-in-1 Adapter which turns out to be pretty nifty despite being so compact and lightweight. For me the usb hub to hdmi port wasn't a "must-have" when I bought it but it's actually been handy when I'm working on spreadsheets or editing photos. The weight is light and it looks slim. I also like the color, it looks fashionable. The quality is good. If you ever plan on having a case on your laptop, and you want every port available, go with this. For me, very satisfied!

good functionality

I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time. I love this ultra-portable usb c hub! I connect it to my macbook and connect all sorts of things to it such as my mouse, phone, HDMI cable, external drives, etc. Amazing device with good functionality. Easy to use and looks great too. I would recommend this to my friends. This hub works well with every device I've connected to. I use the HDMI port and the quality of the video is great as well. It's super lightweight so I just throw it into a small accessories bag and just throw it into my laptop bag. Highly recommend!

Power Delivery port is the ONLY Thunderbolt/USB-C Port that supports video

This has two USB-C ports. Unfortunately, only one of them supports video output. The other is data ONLY. (This is fine, most hubs are like this.) The problem is that only the port that supports video is the only port that supports power delivery ("PD"). This means that if you have a USB-C power adapter, it will take up the only USB-C port that supports video and you're left with a "data only" USB-C port. So you can't attach another monitor via a USB-C to HDMI cable or anything. I suppose this is fine if you have a Thunderbolt monitor that support "power passthrough" so you can both charge your laptop and do video out of the one working port, but I don't. All I have is a regular power block so I need to choose whether to charge my laptop or use an extra monitor... *EDIT*: Aukey saw this review and immediately got in touch. They are a great company that stands behinds their products!!

Perfect addition to my 2018 Macbook Pro. Well made.

First of all, when I opened that box I couldn't believe how small it is and how many ports it can handle. My laptop doesn't have enough ports which make me to buy this USB C adapter. It fits great on my macbook pro-touchbar. I use it in my office. It works perfectly with manay devices.I have been using it to transfer a lot of data from usb-c to usb 3.0 and this thing is fast. I'm a photographer / video guy and speed is always important. It's well made, appears to be machined well, and can fit easily just about anywhere in your laptop case/bag. The quality is good and it seems can be used for a long time! Overall, it's a good hub and I think it's worth the money. I would recommend it

Lots of ports make this very useful !

I received a new 2018 Macbook Pro for work and quickly realized that it only had two USB-C ports and nothing else. Because I use my laptop for presentations and demo's often, I couldn't imagine not using my trusty mechanical keyboard and external mouse as I had always used on my previous Dell. I immediately began researching on Amazon for a USB-C to USB hub and came across this great little device. Made for the Macbook, HDMi ouitputs (two of them!), USB 3.0 ports, a passthrough power port, and more. This looked like it would definitely fit my needs. I quickly received my order (thank you, Amazon) and I've been extremely satisfied ever since. Nevertheless, it works pretty well. I definitely give it five stars for durability, material quality, and versatility.The price is also reasonable given all of its capabilities.My coworker was so impressed by it that he ordered the same device himself. I highly recommend!

It has function which was eactly i need. I need extra usb 3.0 to charge my mouse and read my hard disk, Obviously my Macbook output only one port, You know how expensive price for origin accessary of macbook. I am happy to see this product with such a good price. The package arrive very fast. I like this fashionable designed product. I use this everyday and it's so perfect to transfer and take things from my Mac. Using for several times without any issues. I never regret buying this. Outstanding product and it looks like apple made it and it came with my 2018 Macbook Pro!

I have been using it to transfer a lot of data from usb-c to usb 3.0 and this thing is fast. Works great with dual 4k HDMI ports and a Logitech sync usb, and transferring to external drives with remaining portion. Charging runs smoothly. I'm pleased again with products from this company and would definetly recommend for it's size and capacity to handle workloads such as mine. 5K output,great !

I like this usb c hub. It is light weight and meets my needs. All the ports work well at the same time with my Macbook Pro. I have used it for several days without any problems. I used the thunderbolt 3 port to connect my TV which supports 5k display. I also used it to charge my phone. It has SD card reader which is a very important function for me. The data transfer speed is also so fast. Small product but many functions. The size is fairly compact which makes it light and a good accessory to bring on trips. Great quality and reasonable price. I would recommend this to my friend!
