Made good on all the promises. Excellent product. This is now one of my favorite period solutions. Only thing I would say is if you're having heavy flow days and you also happen to be coughing or sneezing or farting a lot that day... lol... make sure you also wear a pad or thinx underwear or something because it releases the seal whenever you contract those muscles down there - which is what it's supposed to do. The intent was that you only contract those muscles when your sitting on a toilet and it empties into the toilet. But you can't help it if you're sneezing or farting 😂. P.s. youre suppose to empty it regularly throughout the day by sitting on a toilet and pushing on those muscles. That way you can continue using it for 12 hours if you empty it regularly. Heavy flow or not, there's no need to change the disc out more than once every 12 hours, which is so convenient. I do it once in the morning while in the shower and once in the evening. That's it. I don't even remember I'm on my period on most days.

I switched from a moon cup to the flex disc this cycle to test them and see how they did. usually on my heavy days, I need to dump the moon cup every 2-3 hours and thats a lot of messy. So I decided to try to bear down and MAKE the flex leak every time I used the toilet on my heavy day, to let some of the blood out and not need to remove/throw away. IT WORKED!!! I'm so impressed. With just a really firm bear down (like pooping), you can force leak over the toilet. Its all kinds of awesome. you don't dump when full, you force leak during the day and swap the actual device every 12 hours. I was already used to putting in a cup, so this was actually easier. Removal was really simple, i'm impressed with the structure of the disc being so easy to keep level. I don't love that its a one use item - what would be brilliant is if you had a reusable cup that had the same "force leak" feature. Does your flex cup?

I have endometriosis so my cramps are so bad since I was 14 that sometimes that I have had to go to the Hospital. I am now 30 and have tried everything I can to help with the paints I get every month. Back in January this product accidentally landed on my door step the first day of my period. My friend and I almost as a joke tried them out. I've been using them ever since! Thank you FLEX!!!! I barely now have cramps or pains! If I do have them its very mild! I write this tearing up because it has literally been a gift from god! my life isn't on hold anymore!

These are great! I was afraid at first on how I was inserting it. I had to look up a video demonstration. I was worried that I would leak, but that didn't happen. I had a Diva cup and I would have to wear that and a pad on the first few days of my period. I didn't have to do this with these. Yay! Also, you can have sex with these. My husband did say he could feel it slightly though.

Tried Softdisc first and that was uncomfortable so their company recommended to try these Flex discs. The Flex discs are wayyyy more comfortable for me than Softdisc was. I 100% am going to be ordering these again. They don’t leak. They stay in all day. And my main worry was that it would be difficult to remove, but they really aren’t. I was happy to find that I can remove them quite easily if I follow the directions they give.

I have been using mentrual cups, which I think are great, but I can’t seem to find one that stays put since I gave birth and I don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars finding my “Goldilocks” cup. I got the flex cup, which I like, and it came with some flex menstrual discs. I decided to try one. I admit, I was intimidated by the size of discs when I first same them and learned how they are meant to be used and placed. I was nervous but I took the plunge anyway. It is AMAZING. I got it in on my first try with no problem. I can’t even feel it. I have no discomfort whatsoever. I feel this is a great alternative to a cup when you need something disposable. Even if you don’t use the cup, I would recommend these. I am definitely buying more!

You gotta be okay with a little self evaluation lol and a bit of blood (or a boat load). I recommend trying it out on a heavy day at home before you go in public or try to do the nasty lol. Once I figured out correct placement it did it’s job! The exit part is a tad challenging lol let’s just say you need to be near a sink! All in all really neat if you want to try clean sex or if you need to go long times without changing. I will say that I have a heavier flow so it lasted more like 4 hours and I kept a liner on. But I also fill tampons within 30 minutes so take that for what it is. Welp now that I’ve successfully been gross and shared way to much, hope that helps lol

Ok. So I do not normally leave reviews....but...for my ladies out there...I am taking the time out.to share my thoughts. This product...is a game changer. Where ..has this been all my life? I am 45 years old..mother of one. I've always thought tampons were only choice Little did I know until..having something to compare it to...that they (tampons)were actually..at times...irritating to my insides and ..theres that string. Ugh. And then...a young friend of mine mentions..she is using a menstrual cup. I'm LIKE WHAT? What is that? Which led me to FLEX which offers the cup and this DISC. These are so different from each other but both so life changing. So far..I have only tried the disc and am HOOKED. WOW. Too much too type. I am so thankful someone had the courage to create and bring forward and push thru hurdles and bring this to the public. I could write so.much but. PROS: can have sex Much longer wear time No link to TSS no plug or string.. Way more comfy than tampons CONS Learning curve Need a reusable option That's it. There is a learning curve. For me insertion was instant I am older and familiar with my anatomy so I nailed that. I struggled however w removal. But....the trick.for me ..while on toilet..instead of sitting straight or leaning forward...no...LEAN BACK A little..and bam. It's easy to hook and grab and remove. Try this. Have an open mind and stay calm. It is worth it. Game changer. !!

Works well. Doesn’t leak. Was comfortable all day and is SO much better than tampons or pads. Depending on how your Body is shaped you may or may not be able to have sex with them in. They are a little work to put in but well worth the time. They say you can wear it for 12 hours which is true on most days. However I found that on day 1 (heaviest day) it lasted about 8 hours.

I absolutely love this product. It is a little expensive, and I can’t go the 12 hours on my heaviest days, but 99% of the time I don’t even know I’m on my period when I have it in. I’ve never been able to wear tampons because I have sensitive nerve endings and no matter what brand or size I tried, they were always incredibly painful. I was skeptical, but after watching the videos and reading the material, I was able to get flex in right away. And I felt nothing. It saved my beach trip for sure, and doesn’t leave me “out of commission” anymore for intimate activities. I’ve told several people about it and they love it too!
