Fast, easy, and super excited.

Ordered this, Red 8ft, on 5/4/15. Received it by end of day 5/5/15. Put it together this morning, 5/6/15, by myself took about an hour. Directions were actually fine. I just followed along. Box was in good condition and no pieces were missing. Can't wait to surprise my 6 year old for her birthday today! My only question was if the net should go on the inside or the outside of the poles? I guess I could always switch it if I wanted.

We LOVE this trampoline. Relatively easy to put together. We were missing a part. The company sent us the replacement in 2 days. Very good purchase and would highly recommend.

Great size and bigger weight limit

Love this! 2 people put it together in an hour and a half or so. Extra weight limit is great for adult and kiddo or 3 kids. Great size too. Basketball hoop is very sturdy.

Excellent Customer Service

UPDATED REVIEW This company went over and beyond to correct the error with missing parts. They were pleasant, helpful and acted very fast to ensure we had everything we needed. I would recommend them highly! Unfortunately, I’d like to give this product a better review as the integrity of the product is pretty solid. However, I didn’t receive the correct pieces so I couldn’t safely put the thing together. It’s a lot of parts to get out, get organized and begin to piece together so discovering you don’t have all the pieces to put it together is super disappointing. For the vertical mesh barrier we are missing one top tube with frame (with foam) Part #10 and one bottom frame tube (with foam) Part #11. Thus we couldn’t completely put it together and it’s not safe to use. The kids being disappointed was just as much of a let down! Hopefully they will ship us the additional parts required to safely complete the build.

This seems to be of very high quality. I am so pleased with this purchase! The instructions were very clear and the trampoline was very easy to put together. The only thing I needed my husband's help for was stretching the mat. I like that the bars holding the net are rounded making it so that kids don't hit the poles very easily. I love the pvc piping that goes around the top keeping the net from draping down, a very nice, high-quality touch. Another nice thing, that others I've seen don't have, is a sleeve that goes over the pool noodle padding on the poles protecting them from little hands that like to tear things. I also like that the net attaches on the outside of the trampoline rather than at the edge of the mat, making it easier to sweep out debris (just sweep everything under the spring cover). The only complaint, which isn't a complaint on the item itself, is that even though I measured out my space it's smaller than I imagined it would be. 8' is pretty small but perfect for my 3 year old and a couple of friends. I do wish I had gotten the 10' though.
