Amazing Video Security System With Lots of Features At An Affordable Price & Great Customer Support

We spent days researching video security system on Amazon.com before finally decided to buy this Hiseeu 8-Channel WiFi Security System. The kit contains 4 high-resolution video cameras, a NVR, antennas, a mouse, HDMI cable, mounting hardware and more. Setting up was surprisingly easy, even without having to read the manual. We set up the system first before installing the cameras in order to test them. Everything works as expected. The cameras appear to be of solid construction and the video quality was better than we'd hoped for. Some features we were looking for were video quality, wi-fi, night vision, hard-drive & cloud recording and audio. The H.265 data compression will allow the 1TB hard-drive to record up to 1 month, which is enough for our purposes. Of course motion sensor, alarm, all-weather etc. are also our requirements, but we have not tested those functionalities yet. Audio is actually on top of our priority. This system has a 2-way audio as well. We've researched a lot of systems out there. Some of them were comparable in terms of prices but they didn't have audio capabilities. But what we're impressed the most is the post-sale customer service a.k.a product support. After we installed the cameras, the power supply for the NVR malfunctioned. Not too big of a deal for us because we have power supply with similar output (12V 2.0A). We contacted Saul @ Hisseau via email. He responded within 30 minutes and told us he would be sending a new power supply. The power supply arrived within 2 days! The defective power supply issue was initially a little bit disappointing but we've bought a lot of products in the past and defective products do happened. A word of advise is that you should buy extra power supply, both for the cameras as well as for the NVR just in case the power supply become defective and to avoid potential disruption in recording. We will provide more update in the future as how this system performs over the next few months and hopefully years. For around $230, you can't really go wrong with a good starter security system that's really easy to install and operates. Our friend installed a security system last month and it costs him over $3,000, ouch...

I like it the way this setup perform, very surprised, love video quality especially a night vision

My main concern was how much can I see at night time thru Hiseeu 1080p wireless cameras, I was very surprised with my results. My test was around 70 feet deep. Day video quality is great, phone app working fine but slowing down a bit, too much data going thru. Overall I love it. Wireless connection is great around my house. Customer support and service was great, they working from 5pm-12am pacific time, they helped me a lot and I want to say thank you.

Honest Review of the Hiseeu NVR ASIN: B07QM5996S

For my purposes, the system worked great. I install them into my workshop and placed the NVR in the house. I did use the one provided antenna extension and that worked well on one of the cameras. The furthest camera away was about 90 feet. It brought my signal from two bars to three which was plenty to receive the video. The rest work with the existing antennas just fine. The 1TB drive is plenty for my use as well since I will have the system reformat itself every 10 days. With 4 Cameras recording full time...I was concerned to it might fill up to quick...however so far, no real concern as it appears the 1TB drive works fine for my needs with plenty of room left after my testing. The NVR was truly plug and play and I experience no issues with any of the cameras coming on line when I plugs them in to the NVR. Great price and ease of use was what I wanted. Good job!

Great camera system for the price.

Really simple to set up, picture is crystal clear. The only thing I don't like is I have to hard wire to my router, would love it if it had a wifi connection.

Very clear 1080p camera system excellent buy

This camera system is excellent the best I’ve had the cameras are 1080p and they are super clear with a wide view range also each camera has a microphone so you can hear everything. The cameras connected quickly to the DVR/NVR . The night vision along with the infrared lights your property right up at night . You can also view from your mobile phone easy connected scan the bar code in the owners manual down the app and your I your way also you get iCloud space to save code as well . You watch live or review video from your phone . You can also hear the cameras from your phone if someone walks by the cameras and they are talking you can hear them I never heard of this company before so i did a little research and I got them if your looking for a good system this is it you don’t always have to buy big name brand this is a excellent system I’m very happy with this purchase. The black and with pictures are at night pitch black out side of you look closely you see what looks like a light that the camera that’s the night vision the infrared beam . And the motion sensitive is good but i turn mine off you can set it to low or high and it will send you alerts when it detects motion .

Once set up this system is awesome! I had to lower the sensitivity settings a great deal. This system will pick up the smallest movements.. You will need to lower the sensitivity setting to keep bugs and such from setting off the alerts.

A really nice security system that transmits wirelessly, but needs to be plugged in to work.

I ordered this security camera system plus an extra camera with two way audio in reaction to a rash of burglaries (one next door!) in our neighborhood. They arrived together and were delivered a day earlier than expected with a follow-up email from Saul at Aomeisi Security making sure we'd set it up successfully. We hadn't yet, but I appreciate the conscientious effort from the seller. This is truly a plug and play system as far as getting the video feeds set up and running wirelessly (the cameras do need to be plugged in to an electrical outlet). The system, when hooked up to a tv or a monitor with speakers, allows you to see video from all of the cameras, but hear audio from only one camera at a time. The extra camera can be added to the system via the supplied cat 5 patch cable very easily and then it will function like the other cameras with the added benefit of two way audio (once again, only one camera at a time.) The video quality is awesome and the motion detection is very sensitive! Since the cameras each need to be plugged into a power source, the actual placement of the cameras is, of course, more involved. Extra 12v 5.5x2.1mm cable is probably necessary for placement far away from an electrical outlet. But, after a bit of trial and error and extra cable, the overlap in the cameras' lines of sight make it difficult if not impossible to sneak by. The NVR system can receive wireless signals from the cameras without plugging in to the router, but it cannot connect to the router wirelessly. You must plug in to the router to view the video feed on your phone (download the free mobile app IP Pro from Google Play and you can also get notifications on your phone) or on a pc or laptop remotely. The manual is a little challenging to read and comprehend, but I think the more you work with it, the better sense it makes .

Great picture and easy to setup.

I replaced my old 2 camera system with this new 4 camera system. Setup was the easiest that I have ever been through. I just plugged in the receiver and the cameras and it automatically connected. I have had a couple of these system and have always had issues with the range of the wifi for the cameras. This system well exceeds anything I have had previously. I have always had to use wifi extenders and hook the cameras up to them and connected through ethernet. This one all 4 of the cameras are working without extenders. The phone app works well so I can log in remotely to see what is going on around the house. It is also handy to have the capability to talk over the cameras although I haven't had to use it yet. I also liked how well you could adjust the angle of the cameras. I have had cameras that if you were looking to the side with them your picture was at an angle. These you can adjust any way and still get the picture to orient correctly. All in all I am very happy with these cameras, the best I have had.

Worked great out of the box!

This is a great setup if you're in the market for something quick, cheap and easy to install. I had the 4 cameras and NVR going within 2-3 hours and it went extremely smooth. If you do decide to buy this unit please make sure to update the NVR itself and get the most updated phone app, this seemed to resolve any latency and syncing issues the phone app has with the stock NVR firmware. Each camera has a 2-3ms delay while on wireless (this is normal) so if you need <1ms real time responsiveness I'd recommend using the built in Ethernet port. Each camera has a reset button close to the camera and and Ethernet connection for wired installs. The power adapter for the camera's is a 12v 1a barrel connector and should something happen to one of the plugs it looks easily replaceable, the power adapters are also not water proof and would require some inside cover or an outside outlet cover. I'll defiantly be buying some additional cameras to get the full 8 that this is capable of, now that I see how clear the 4 included cameras are.

Quick easy installation

Love love love.... Easy to set up and use. Love being able to check in with my phone. Picture quality is amazing day and night. Clear audio and perfect video not grainy this will be used in paranormal investigation so video and audio are very important.
