Let me start off by saying that the seller is extremely customer oriented. If you face an issue, they'll work with you to make sure it is fIxed. My packaged arrived on time. I'm happy with the lifetime warranty. The product is amazing. I haven't had mamy steamers but, while shopping for one, I imagined there will be things I will have issues with like the size, the weight, the overall quality of it, and the price I'm willing to pay. The product is extremely lightweight! It's a nice compact size that doesn't take up a lot of space like others do. It comes with a storage bag and a velcro strap to wrap up the wires (love that). I love that you can detached the water compartment and add water to it. It pumps out the water so it doesn't get all bubbly. I love the amount of steam it gives out. You can tip it any way and the water won't spill, although I prefer to use it up right. Heats up pretty fast and doesn't shoot out hot water like some travel steamers do. I use it just about everyday to touch up my work clothes. The material most of my shirts are made up of are quite delicate and this steamer gets out any wrinkles I find on them. Do to how light weight it is, it does not feel like a chore to steam my clothes. I have no complaints with this product. It does exactly what I need and is EXTREMELY CONVENIENT for my everyday use and travel use. Being a single, fulltime working mom and fulltime student, this has made my life much easier.

Dont hesitate to buy this one, others i have purchased were leaky and the clothes were wet in certain areas, my finger have been burnt, but not with this one, hands down the best i have used, the tank is smaller than i am used to but since i can cut the steam on off it works out just fine. You can steam like using a iron and this thing does not leak, i love it!

Does a great job!

Just tried out my new Bizond steamer on a recently delivered linen jacket. Linen, that wrinkles easily in the best of circumstances, did not fare well crammed into a padded envelope. As I plan to use this for traveling, this was my ultimate test. This handy steamer did a perfect job! Blazer now ready to wear. It took a little bit of time, but I don’t expect to have many clothes with those kind of creases. I also did a drip dry sweater that just needed a touch up and it took less than a minute to dewrinkle. The steamer fits easily in my hand and seems to balance nicely. The water fill is easy and steam is available in seconds. I would say that it’s medium sized, but should pack nicely. I highly recommend!

Powerful and Perfect for travel!

After reading the reviews on so many steamers, I decided on this one. I opened it immediately and steamed 3 shirts. I was thrilled . The little compact water reservoir held plenty of water for all 3 shirts and with some to spare . I am going on a month long vacation and this little steamer is powerful and perfect for travel. Steamer works great!

First off, I have never been a fan of steamers. I love how clothes look freshly ironed. However, I have recently discovered that I need a way to take maybe just a few wrinkles out of a garment without having to wait for the iron to heat up. I looked at several different models and read many reviews before I decided on this one. I just received it and gave it a trial run. It works wonderfully! After steaming one jersey top I am hooked. Don't get me wrong, I think ironing is the only way to go for certain items but this will definitely be my go to for quick wrinkle remover!

Great Little Clothes Steamer.

This is a great little steamer for steaming your clothes. I've used it several times already and it really takes the wrinkles out of my clothes with ease. I love the fact that it only takes 25 seconds to heat up and then your ready to steam. Also some good extra features of this steamer is it has a Nano Polymer Filter for cleaning the tap water and that protects the warning element from hot water buildup. You can also steam in any direction both horizontal and vertical positions.

Small, compact steamer that really works

I was looking around and so many "travel" steamers are just soooo big. I like to pack just a single suitcase (preferably a carry on) so I was looking for something pretty small. This is perfect and it does a great job! I used it on light sweaters, blouses, and even my jeans and thicker pants that had gotten quite wrinkled on a recent trip. This is a life-saver because a lot of hotels do not have steamers you can borrow and I've had really bad incidents where the cheap hotel irons have ruined clothing. Definitely a must buy!

Awesome Product

I rec'd this as a Christmas Gift. I knew it was not something I was going to use daily, but thought it might be a handy gadget to have. I have now folded up my ironing board, put away my clunky iron because this item is fantastic! It's easy to use, takes half the time an iron took me, and items stay wrinkle free (until you wear them).

It is the second steamer I own and I am not disappointed. It heats up super fast and is ready almost immediatelly after turned on. It's pretty awesome, cause I do not have too much time in the morning so it's a life saver for me. I have been using it for a week now day by day and so far so good. I'll take it with me on a trip around the state, will update when I am back
