Works well

The recordings are clear. Easy to playback via the speakerphone.The 18 month service warranty is a great addition.I would recommend the product.

Great product!

Such an easy to use pen recorder to use! It came with the pen/recorder unit (ink already inside), 2 pen refills, charging/computer cable, headphones, and user manual. The pen feature is just a twist, black ink ball point. The recording feature is a simple push of the top and a small discrete red light will flash to indicate recording. The sound quality has been great and definitely comes in handy for lecture in case you forgot your usual one like I happened to do. Plugging into the computer was a breeze and easy to locate files as needed. Really happy with this item!

Very good product and customer service.

This is really an amazing product and does what it advertises. I plan to use it for a backup video sound recorder, but the uses could be endless. I have to say that the seller has been nothing but helpful. Answers emails promptly and professionally. If you are on a Mac, I should note that you need VLC (it's free to install) to listen to the recordings.

It is a great product and does everything I need and then some. The recordings are crystal clear no matter what kind of noise is around.Downloads to computer to save.I would recommend it.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!

This little pen recorder is amazing! It is very stealthy, doesn't even seem like it's a recorder, just a very nice pen. But it IS a recorder, easy to use, with good quality sound. It comes with headphones, charging cord and even extra ink cartridges. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
