Good bye cable

Works great. It took only three tries to get 20 channels. Try it in unlikely areas too. On my first try, I put it against the window and got nothing. I moved it to the middle of the wall and got 12 channels. Third try, I put it in the corner and got 20 channels. Go figure.

It's great considering no cable bill

the antenna is wonderful.....love it. I do not have cable, got rid of it about a year ago. With another antenna I was able to catch 11 channels but now with Leebox antenna, I am able to catch 22, probably can get more than that but I never took the time to move the antenna around for best result. I also live in an apartment complex so there are interference.

It works as good as it says it does

I have owned about 6 converter boxes and this by far is the best. Easy hook up and the remote is so self explanatory that you don't need directions. It is so small that I almost returned it without hooking it up. Can't say enough about this. I can finally watch tv. This work was great. The one thing that took me some time to figure out how to set up a timer. When you program it is set as a timer by default. That's where you change it to record. I wanted a backup and this was a great choice.

I have brought about 5 different HDTV Indoor Antena for different manufuctures, and this Leelbox HDTV has the best reception (and best looking too (it is almost clear and looks great), and great price for under $20. The antena is actually bigger (ie. 40-50%) and cord is much longer than most flat antenna.

S3 2019 ATSC box works well

So upgraded to this box after experimenting with an older version. Seems to run cool and tunes into more channels than the built in tuner for my TV. Plugged in an external USB 2TB drive which works great (NTSC format) for recording, or for playing back stored movies. Highly recommend this unit. Be sure to get an 5 year extended warranty for a couple dollars more at purchase.

**update** I received a replacement from the seller - free of charge! This one works PERFECT! I believe the one I had before was faulty! I now get 15 plus stations! I’m so happy! Seller was awesome about this transaction and made it right! Thank you!** None of my neighbors have issues with receiving channels on their antennas, so I was sure I would also be successful. However, I only get 1 channel, even when using the "booster/amplifier," I only get ONE channel. VERY VERY disappointed! I tried on 2 different TV's. I should have returned, I just waited too long!

Leelbox Digital TV Converter (2019 model) review

A quick look at the Leelbox Digital TV Converter (2019 model) (BTW, the vast majority of negative comments for the 2019 model Leelbox Converter Box are actaully comments for an Indoor antenna made by the same manufacturer. Read carefully!) In addition to converting Over the Air TV broadcast (or OTA, currently broadcast in the ATSC 1.0 standard) to an analog signal for viewing on older TVs this converter also enables Time Shifting of programs for later viewing. Overall I give this Converter a very high rating for doing what it was intended to do at this price point. Here’s my impressions of some key elements of this Converter box: Build quality and design – well constructed unit in a small package. OTA tuner – picks up as many channels as one of my current model digital TVs. Analog and Digital outputs – good clean signal and vivid colors. Electronic Program Guide (EPA) – displayed for each channel but the amount of information is limited to what the Broadcaster includes in their transmission of their programs. None of the Stations in my area provide more than 24 hours of information. (Some of the entries seem to spill over from other programs but its not obvious if this an issue is with the Broadcaster or the Converter box) Remote Control – nice small unit with all the necessary buttons to control the function of the Converter. The response to pushing some buttons is not as responsive as others and that required holding the remote closer to the IR sensor on the front panel of the Converter. The User Interface - Setting up a recording for later viewing requires a lot of button pushing and the convenience for accomplishing this is dependent on the completeness of the Electronic Program Guide. But even in the absence of electronic Programming Guide information, it is also possible to set of a recording for later viewing based upon known stop and end times for those programs not listed in the EPA. (the only issue I encountered in manually setting up a recording for later viewing occurred when the program ended the following day) Playback of Media – In addition to playing back the recorded programs the Converter also played back mp3 albums, photos and mp4 movies that were copied to folders created on the USB flash drive that was used for time sifting programs.(FYI, a SanDisk Cruzer Glide 3.0 256GB flash drive, formatted in NTFS, was used for this evaluation). So while this Converter is less than perfect it gets the job done and at this price point its a good value for the money.

Works as advertised. Excellent picture quality on my old analog tv almost as clear as a HDTV. Excellent customer service. If you have questions on how to use product etc. customer service answers very quickly on that.
