Heft and quality

The blade is much stiffer than the cheaper knives. Took a bit of getting used to because the effect is it feels more like a bigger knife than it is. Still, its the kind of possession that makes you feel like you graduated into luxury and left basic behind.

Worth buying

Mine arrived hair-popping sharp with just the slightest burr in two places. It literally took me 15 seconds to have the edge perfect. This is more substantial than most pairing knives, and I plan to use it a lot. Very comfortable, and a good value, especially since I got it on a snap sale at $13.49

Quality product

A very solid knife. There isn't much to say, but it's pretty damn sharp. It easily cuts through your groceries. Egernomics on this thing is pretty good as well. Everything came in together with a nice black packaging. It'd make a great gift for your family member, or just another great arsenal accessory to your kitchen collection!

GREAT PARING KNIFE SIZE

This knife is a bit larger than the previous old, and in some cases very old, paring knives I had in my drawer. I can use it instead of a larger chef knife in some instances and it does the job. It feels great in your hand and I hope it lasts as long as my old wedding present knives (45+ years). I keep my knives in bamboo drawer knife holders so it should last for many years of sharp cutting.

nice knife

I love the handler of this fruit knife!It is easy to hold because of its larger and smoother handler. And the knife is sharp as well, easy to peel and cut most kind of the fruit. If this one has a case, it would be perfect for travel, still recommend it anyway

Just buy it already

The quality here for the price is incredible. This is a sturdy, substantial knife and takes a sharp edge. The balance and ergonomics are excellent, really comfortable and secure. The construction and finish of the handle are outstanding for a knife at this price. Came sharp but honing with a ceramic rod improved it.

Sliced up fresh fruit nicely with sharp blade

Small though substantive and good weight. Beyond the blade which cut a fresh apple perfectly upon first use, I really like the more rectangular shaped handle, which has a more boxy than rounded feel. It works well for balance and grip. Would consider other knives from this brand based on my experience with this paring 4" one.

WOW!

I have had DOZENS of knives over the years, and have spent a fortune. Finally I found this line of quality knives. I have purchased several from this line now, after trying the first one (chef's knife). I HIGHLY recommend this manufacturer. This knife takes AND holds a razor sharp edge!

Ultra Sharp

The knife, that is extremely comfortable, came ultra sharp. It's easy to hold and becomes an extension of your hand to wor for you. A super buy and well worth the price.

Great knife with a larger handle

I bought this knife for my mother and she loves it. The knife is heavier than most paring knives, but the handle and blade guard are also larger than normal. She didn't notice the extra weight, but she loved the larger handle that made it easier to hold with the arthritis in her fingers. It is very sharp and cuts apples, carrots and other items with ease. Highly recommended!
