These work pretty good. I mounted two of these on a couple CRF250s and rode about 6 hours off road on bumpy trails and had no issues except that mine did loosen its grip on my phone slightly over time (after about two hours) but I had a UAG phone case on my Galaxy S8+ which has a rubber side and I think that little bit of flex in the rubber is more likely the cause of it slowly loosening. I have a couple of the Timibis silicone rubber security straps that back up this holder because of the extreme vibration when off road and the two work hand in hand quite well at not letting the phone get lost. I'd imagine for on road use, these mounts would never loosen enough to lose the phone. They are sturdy, easy to use and work well.

I bought this phone holder for my motorcycle. I find it much better to have the phone (Samsung Note 8 in a plastic case) on the mount than in my pocket, and the mount is sturdy, fits perfectly in the tiny little area on the handlebar that is not covered by other items, and secures very firmly onto the bike. It holds onto the phone very well and I'm not worried about the phone flying off when I get to high speeds. Excellent construction quality. Highly recommend

It is a great product, all anodized alluminum and well made.. try this the first time and it works great, handle my phone pretty well. The only negative side on this one is it only seats on 1 way and that is straight way, you cant put it on the side or what so ever of the handle bar. , as I put mine in the middle of the handle bar very straight forward to me specially when using gps and works very well..

Absolutely AWESOME product. Completely pleased with its fit and finish, and the locking features are definitely a plus.

For starters this thing is made very well out of aluminum and seems extremely strong . This item has earned its way onto my $5000 mountain bike without question . I have my phone inside of a OtterBox phone case I show in the photos and it holds the phone perfectly extremely stable . It comes with some awesome 3M adhesive rubber spacers along with adapters to fit all different size bars . I’m sure this item could also be used on a four wheeler or things like that . It also includes an Allen wrench and by the way it’s a safety on the ranch so it’s important because there’s a small hole in the center . Everything about this item is really well-built and the price is perfect I would highly recommend this item the only drawback I could imagine is that it might not work on large bulky cases but I haven’t tried it myself yet .

Product came well packaged. All you need is the supplies Allen wrench to install. I installed it on a 2017 Harley Davidson 48 with the stock handlebar. The kit comes with plastic adapters for thinner handlebars. I myself used one. You must use the supplied Allen wrench. It has a nipple inside it that blocks just any Allen wrench from being used on order to make it difficult to steal this off your bike. The construction is solid. This thing is made of aluminum and the craftsmanship is precise. It has a very little amount of play. I use the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with a case on it. This fit it easily and grips it tight. My phone is going nowhere. It can easily fit something much bigger than my phone and my phone is already massive. The kit came with some rubber and plastic pieces to not damage your phone. Mine has a rubber case so I didnt use them but it's an option. I ride between 60 and 70 mph. The folks who developed this product really thought it through and made a great product that will last forever. Definitely outlast my phone. I recommend thos product for your bicycle or motorcycle. I love mine.

I've had plastic phone holders for several years. After I lost a phone a few years ago while on a bicycle ride, I became pretty paranoid about losing my cell. Because plastic becomes pretty brittle after a time, I've had to replace holders every few years to feel safe from dumping my expensive phone all over the road. I read a phone holder review of this holder on a VTXOA motorcycle board and thought I'd give it a try. For the money, this seems to be a pretty good investment. Even though the phone holder doesn't swivel like a typical plastic holder, it points in the direction that I need it to. It is very solid, with no bouncing like a typical holder. The clamping mechanism is very simple, with a screw allowing tightening around the phone. The only thing that I think could be changed is the actual screws holding the clamp and the swivel. They've used a security screw, requiring a special hex key with a hole drilled in it. I'll probably swap that out. I've also used a rubber "spider web type" netting from another holder to hold the edge of the phone on the holder. Probably overkill, but as much as phones cost, I don't want to take any chances. Other than that, I think that I've finally found a holder I feel comfortable enough to not worry about losing my phone.

When I got it it came well packaged. I put on the vibration dampeners and mounted it on my 2017 CBR500R. I got it adjusted to where I wanted it and placed my iPhone XS Max with the otter box case in it. At first it didn’t look like it would hold my phone firm but I finally was able to take my bike out today for the first ride and it held my phone wonderfully. We will see over time how well it holds up and if all fittings stay tight but for now I give this item 5 stars

Installation a breeze. Was a bit concerned about the color after reading other reviews but it looks great. It is not chrome but rather more of a dull silver and it looks fine next to the chrome gauge cluster. Rotates for sideways viewing as well.

I bought this after the one I bought last year (different make and model) broke. The other one was cheaper but when it comes to keeping my phone safe, cheaper just didn't cut it. I was luck, I went to adjust the tilt of the phone a bit because it looked off and it came off in my hand. The plastic mount had broken right off the part that attaches to the handlebar. So I had my phone in my hand but if I hadn't noticed the phone it could have easily ended up on the pavement. So I went looking for a new mount and came across this one. It was about twice the price as my old plastic one but I decided to give it a go. I like the way it mounts and I like the way it securely holds my phone. Really easy to get the phone in and out but when I tighten the thumb screw down, my phone feels rock solid. Now I'll know better a year from now if it holds up over the long haul but so far it seems far superior to the plastic ones.
