Good Quality Drillbits

I purchased these bits for a project I'm working on that requires the screw-heads to be countersunk so I can fill them and have a finished piece without visible fasteners. They did a fine job on my project and worked exactly as they should have. For the price, this was a fantastic deal. I imagine that someone who uses tools like this regularly would probably want to invest in a more expensive set of countersink bits but for a guy like me that will only use them occasionally, they are perfect. The drill bits are sharp and straight and the adjustable countersink collars tighten to the bits with a hex set screw allowing you to move the depth to suit the work being done.

Necessary tool for some jobs

Most everything I do needs to be caulked and painted, which covers a multitude of sins. But, I recent project involving stained oak was different. Normally, I would just allow my drill to do the countersink for me, but since I was staining and not painting, and I was working with a harder wood, I decided to invest a few dollars into the right tools. It made a huge difference, with the toughness of oak Im not sure I could have gotten the screws to countersink any other way. And, the gap that would have resulted from a protruding screw could not be fixed with caulk and white paint this time.

I bought these for a project I was working on. They come ready to use right out of the package. And they worked great for what I needed them for. The bits are sharp and made a clean hole.

Nice Set - Work Great

Purchased these to try as I'm always breaking the bits straight drill bits. I purchased these at the recommendation of a friend who does more work around the house than I do. He purchased them and was pleased as well. I got them and put them right to the test on a small project I was working on. I used two of the bits so far and they are great. Simple to use and effective! What more could you ask for? Oh and I forgot the price was incredible!

Great quality for the price!!

These drill bits come ready to use out of the package! I normally buy cheaper drill bits that I'm going to end up breaking anyways, they never come with a decent tip that helps to guide and stay right where you need it. That’s not the case with these. They’ve been great and stay right where you need them. These new ones make cleaner, easier, more acurate holes and don't break as easily. Win win in my book! Will be purchasing these again when I need them.

Great Addition to the Tool Box

My wife and I have done a lot of DIY projects over the years and I've gradually lost/broken a few pieces of our toolkit so I was glad to get these. They are sturdy, easily changeable and make wood working easy. The countersink makes for a nicer finish for sure.

Very excellent drill bit. I used these to drill holes in the wall to hang a flat screen. I had some other cheap ones that broke in half while using. These are very thick and wont break while using. A great buy!

Good value for the price

The adjustable depth is exactly what I needed for work. Cheap little set to get me through the project. Glad it came with it's own Allen key too so I didn't have to hunt.

A great product

Pretty good bits. These are tough and stay sharp. Made my cabinet install much easier. Better price and quality than I found at my local do-it-yourself store.
