I have used a couple recorder pens before, so far this one is my most favorite recorder. I have had it for almost a month now and everything still works perfectly. It got the entire conversation with my business meetings super easy with one-press button and crystal clear quality, though sometimes it catches a bit of the surrounding noise but not too significant. Great quality, stellar support team, they answered my questions within less than 24 hours. I am writing this review while purchasing another one for my son for his studying. They do stand behind their product. I had a question about how to play the file on MacBook. Best voice recorder pen I ‘ve ever used.

Great voice recorder .It helps me a lot with taking notes as an electrical engineer student at University of Arlington. Tx. My professor goes too fast in his lectures and it’s so freaking hard to write everything down. Love the pen and their concept.

Perfect for a lazy guy.

Great device and easy to operate. Their instructional video really helps a lot if you are lazy like me to read the User manual. I like their concept and the playback is very convenient with a provided set of headphone without having to plug it in a computer.
