Works well, good support

The first unit I purchased had issues with false positives. Channels I did not use would randomly ring - usually in the middle of the night. I contacted support and, after the usual question and answer session, they sent me a newer unit through Amazon. This unit works as advertised. Be prepared to tweak the sensitivity on the IR unit until you get it dialed in. I had to set it down to the next to the lowest setting and angle the unit to prevent picking up traffic on the road. The inside alarm part could benefit from a battery backup or a charging system to allow the use of rechargeable batteries along with the power cord. Every time you unplug the alarm you will need to reset the clock. Not a deal breaker but it is annoying. The alarm also has several built in sounds - all but a few are annoying. Fortunately, you can select the sound you want associated with each channel. I'm giving this 5 stars because of the great response from the support team. It's a rare thing to find these days.

Useful Features

Well made and works well. I am surrounded by woods and wildlife so a unit with a setting that prevents false alarms is important to me. The selection of pleasant-sounding chimes and volume control round out all the features I wanted.

Great unit, It's a perfect fit for my rural drive, nice to know when to check the security cams. A little dab of silicone around the seams should serve for many years of impenetrable use. Thanks

Great product so far

Easy to install and works great!!

Good range

Good range and straight forward install. We have the sensor about 1500 ft from the receiver in a thick walled Adobe house and it chimes every time. Took a bit of trial and error to get the placement and sensitivity set right for our installation so it wouldn't pick up every rabbit/other wildlife that passed by it. The sensitivity switch is on the inside of the sensor and you have to remove the cover via 4+1 Phillips screws to set. Good value. Hopefully the sensor it will hold up in the weather long term.

Knowing the minute someone enters our driveway

With a long driveway, this makes it nice to know someone has entered, need to keep the lens clean from bugs, other than that it was a great buy

Ordered thru prime. On time delivery. Product works as expected. The only thing is you have to remove the whole outside unit to recharge indoors. 2 screws: no big deal.

Finally, feeling safe!

Female & I live on 2 acres with drop down levels. Could not see my pool area nor second property from upper level. We set up 3 sensors Each are programmed with their own unique alert tone & the monitor displays which sensor has movement. Front has one ding, mid level has 2 dings and lower has 3 dings. Ready to mount straight out of the box. Plug the monitor in & u will hear the ding tone on each sensor & are already paired w/the monitor. Effortless! These look like cameras which is a great deterrent. Buy buy buy!

I know when someone is here .

Instructions were easy to read. However it requires a little trail and error on the sensitivity. It's nice to be able to program different sounds and add more detectors which I did. I'm very happy.

Good products.

Works great. Adjustable sensitivity, long range works great. Not to loud inside. Sound volume is adjustable inside the house. Only batteries are in the receiver.
