A great bakeware set!

I made muffins and cupcakes and love how easily they popped out of the trays. Fast cleanup too. Do use a cookie sheet under them to avoid spills.

Work well

I purchased these silicone pans primarily to make low carb peanut butter cups. They work perfectly for that purpose. The silicone spatulas are some of my favorites. They work great for many cooking and baking scenarios

Wow! Great product! Doesnā€™t stick! Great results! Want More!

When I saw an opportunity to finally try a silicone baking pan like this, I didnā€™t pass it up. As a Chef, Iā€™ve always been apprehensive about using ā€œsilicone.ā€ Itā€™s just not what the standard was, or had been, but today... thatā€™s not the case. I think, Iā€™m both of the recipes I have made in this set, that my bake time is a little longer. But, the end result is amazing! Both recipes baked evenly and didnā€™t burn. Spray the silicone set with a flour-based baking spray and make sure to put the silicone pan on a baking sheet before filling and baking. This simply makes it easier to transfer and and out of the oven. Highly recommend and I will gladly try any new products from this company.

No Sticking...

Despite following the recipe, looking up all kinds of hints online, my gluten free cheesy muffins always stuck to the pan. I tried muffin liners - paper and foil, non-stick pans, butter, Crisco, and Pam to no avail. Finally I tried Baking & Beyond Silicone Mini muffin pan...and Success! Sprayed with a little Pam and voila the muffins popped right out. Why didn't I think of this sooner??

Hassle free baking AND cleaning.

I have been looking for silicone bakeware so when I came across these I had to give them a try. I decided to make strawberry cheesecake muffins which are usually a huge pain in regular muffin pans. There is a cream cheese layer in the middle that seeps out and sticks to the pans and will cause the muffins to split as you are taking them out. I used both the large and the mini pans. I did wipe them down with a tiny bit of oil on a paper towel. All of them muffins came out in tact! That's a first. There was a tiny bit of cheesecake layer that stuck but I expected from past experience there would be way more. Overall I would buy these pans again and I will be experimenting with more of my stickier recipes.

Wonderful and durable baking set

I own about 4 different metal cupcake pans, but they take up so much room in my cupboard and wanted to try the silicone ones because the are easy to store. So I decided purchase a set to give this a try. It came with a regular sized cupcake mold, mini cupcake mold and 2 (one large and one small) spatulas. It was easy to wash and came with a recipe that you can try too. I tried using the regular sized mold and it worked beautifully. Usually I struggle with getting the cupcakes out of the metal pan once baked, but with these, all I had to do is fold the mold a bit to one side. Doing so gave me plenty of room to get the cupcakes out without damaging them. The spatulas that come with the set is also great. I like the set so much that I decided to purchase a second set!!! I highly recommend this product.

Recycling my metal muffin pans!

I ordered Friday p.m. 2/8 and through PRIME shipping received my order on Monday 2/11. I washed the products right away and air dried to use Monday p.m. PROS: Very easy to clean, unlike my metal pans which are starting to look pretty nasty. When washing the silicone muffin pans I just push the cups wrong side out. Makes cleaning so much easier. However, since I sprayed with oil there really wasn't much muffin/cake residue left in cups. (See pic) Made mini muffins Monday and cupckes (both sizes) Tuesday. All baked evenly and came out of the pans perfectly. Love the two sizes of spatulas and that they are one piece; no place for batter to get between handle and spatula. CON: Baking sweets two days in a row = could lead to weight gain šŸ¤”šŸ˜ I did need to adjust baking time. I believe I filled the cups too full with pumpkin muffin batter causing a longer bake time. I baked the regular and mini cupcakes together and actually required less time than box recommended. I highly recommend these silicone muffin pans. They are well worth the money.

Easy set up, cook time and cleanup

I absolutely love these pans as a fellow baker myself. These pans are easy to clean and you donā€™t have to use paper liners! Best thing is you donā€™t have to worry about products burning. Once you take these pans out of the oven they stop cooking. 10/10 recommend!!

Durable! Non-stick! Easy to Clean!

I have had a silicone muffin pan for about 10 years now and it was starting to kind of break down and is pretty flimsy anyway. It has lips around the cups that made cleaning harder too! I wanted to find a replacement for it when I came across this set. I have been wanting a mini muffins pan too so this was perfect! I love it! The cups on these pans are closer together than mine making it more sturdy on it's own. The silicone is smoother and much easier to clean! The mini is perfect for making muffins for my littles. Not a single muffin stuck in the cups. I like that this set also come with not 1 but 2 different sized scrapers. They are perfect for getting all of that sweet batter out of the mixing bowl. Also great for frosting cupcakes! The smaller one is good for getting down in cans and emptying them completely as well! I am overly thrilled with this set and am so glad that I came across it and at such a great price! I would highly recommend it!

Surprisingly Nice Quality

These were better than I was expecting. Nice weight and I think they will last a while. I used them to make a few items and everything popped right out easily - so nice after struggling with metal pans that ruin your food. Also, the spatulas that were included are very nice and the little one is perfect with the mini pan. Worth the purchase!
