Worth every penny!

I had couple people ask me why pay so much for just ice? Well, because as a family of four, we go through a lot of ice and I can't keep up with the ice trays. They take up to much space, spill in the freezer and I just don't have the room. Or most of the time I go to get ice and nobody refilled it. Anyways, I did my research and found this one. I LOVE it has a self cleaning mode. It also makes ice cubes in 3 different sizes and is really fast! I have a whole 2 gallon bag of ice cubes now in my freezer! It's not obnoxiously loud either. Was worth every penny!

Outstanding product and Customer Service

We were always running out of ice at parties, summer camps and for sporting events during the summer. I was skeptical about buying one of these. Researched online, watched countless YouTube top ten stand alone icemaker videos and came to an overwhelming conclusion Aicok was best. Setup was nothing, made ice in nine minutes and will continue to give you fresh clean ice in three sizes until you tell it to stop. LOVE THiS product you cant go wrong. To make it even better we had a small issue totally MY fault. I contacted Customer service and they handled it with white glove support. I would recommend this product to anyone. WELL DONE AICOK

Great Ice with a Great Beeping Noise - but so worth it.

I love this machine, however, the beeping noise is ridiculous. So, I opened up the machine and removed the speaker part. The stupid thing beeps when it starts, beeps when it's finished, beeps when it's full, beeps when it's empty, beeps, beeps, beeps, and not just one beep, 8 beeps per issue. I might be exaggerating on how often it beeps, but not the quantity. And it isn't just a tiny, can barely hear it, beep. If I forget to shut it off, it will wake me in the dead of night on the other side of the house with my bedroom door closed and sound machine on. With that said, I would buy this thing again - Because it makes deliciously chewy ice in 3 different sizes and it is the most awesome ice ever. It's the closest I could find to Sonic ice without paying the sonic ice price.

Fast delicious ice for any occasion

This is my first tabletop ice making machine. I have been waiting for the right one since they have been out for a while now I figured it was time to get one. I plugged it in to start making ice the morning of an upcoming party at my house. I set the time and time function which I really like so the ice maker doesn't always have to make ice while plugged in. Within 10 minutes we had our first ice cubes. I set the size to large for the first use as I wanted to just bag this ice to keep food cool. I let the machine do its thing and within 1 hour the bin was 2/3 full and ready to start filling my ice bags. The unit is quite heavy so be careful if you have to carry it long distance or up and down stairs. There is a nice ice scoop that comes with it to help remove the newly formed cubes. I really like how you can pour water in at anytime during the ice making process. There is a lot of feedback given by the machine from low water cutoff to time start and stop. There is also I convenient drain plug on the back of the unit making draining of water once you are done using it. I was not able to weigh all the ice I made in 6-8 hours of run time but I will say it made a lot of great ice and allowed me to stay home and not have to run to the store to buy ice. Very happy with my ice maker.

Quality Where It Counts & Output You Need For An Affordable Price

The only thing that is the most minor thing is some visitors don't like the sound when the ice is done as it falls into the holding area. Personally I'm not even aware of it. We have not gotten around to having a new line run to our refrigerator after having a new floor installed and the ice from this product makes the lingering days of Summer enjoyable for ice cold beverages to beat the heat outdoors! I was reading reviews extensively and was happy with the warranty and the design details and quality materials as well as ease of care for our counter top ice maker.

Easy to use and very stylish. Highly recommend!

I waited a couple of days before I unpacked from the box. Based on other suggestions that you should wait at least 24 hours to let everything settle. It was packaged really well (box inside of a box) and arrived in perfect shape. Once I removed everything from the box, I wiped down the machine with water just to remove dust from being shipped. I am not to big on reading thoroughly all the instructions, so just skimmed quickly through to get an understanding of the main functions. I plugged it in and filled the reservoir with with water to the max line. I chose to make small ice cubes and then push to start. I sat back and watched some tv while I waited to see if it worked. Six minutes later, I hear the dropping of ice cubes! There were only a handful, but I was so elated with joy! I waited patiently for the machine to continue to make more ice. Once the ice cube bin was full, I removed it and dumped the ice cubes into my freezer tray. I continued to make another batch of ice which filled my freezer tray. I am so happy with my purchase and and can not wait for next summer neighborhood parties. Will have plenty of ice for everyone. Love the drainage spout in the back. But make sure you don’t loose the rubber plug. It is tiny and very easy to roll off a counter and get lost forever. I make sure I have a dark dish cloth or napkin nearby to put it on while I drain the excess water once I am done making ice. This way, you don’t lose it and easy to find when you are done draining. Another tip is if you plan to store the ice in your freezer, put paper towels or a lint free dish towel on the bottom. When the ice cubes come out of the machine, the are wet and not completely frozen (remember only took 6 minutes to make) like the ice cubes made from an ice maker. This was it will prevent you from ending up with a big block of ice that you will need to chisel at to get your ice cubes. Also, shake the tray to move the ice around to prevent them from sticking together. Hope this review is helpful and highly recommend this product.

What A Cool Machine!

This ice maker is great! I used it this past weekend for a family gathering and it worked perfectly. You can adjust the size of the ice cube it creates (small, medium, large). It was fun to watch it in action as it created the cubes and then pushed them into the reserve bucket. What a neat little invention!

Great ice maker and friendly customer service!

I got this ice maker since the one built into my fridge starting rusting around the coils. I figured it was cheaper than buying a new fridge and probably healthier than trying to clean the rust out of my fridge. I can tell you that this ice maker exceed my expectations in every way. At first, I was a bit skeptical since it wasn't a brand that I've heard of. I decided to take a risk on it since the pictures looked nice and it had a lcd screen. I'm a sucker for anything that has a screen. When I got the product, it looked really luxurious and shiny. One of the papers that came with the machine said it was designed in California and made in China. The material is very high quality and it has a good weight to it. The machine looks expensive and everything was packaged nicely. The set up instructions were easy to read and follow. The only issue was that I had to figure out which button was on/off since it wasn't labeled (it was the snowflake button). The machine is feature packed and allowed you to make 3 sizes of ice cubes. It even has a self cleaning feature that makes it very easy to maintain. The machine also has a timer function and a clock on the screen so if you ever want to check the time, it's right there. Ice making process was easy. All you had to do was plug it in, run the self cleaner (if it's your first time setting it up), add water, and push the snowflake button. I had ice cubes in less than 10 minutes. The product comes with an ice scooper as well! Customer service was really friendly too. I e-mail them to register my product and they greeted me with 'hello friend' so I'm guessing I made a new friend :) They even responded to my registration in less than a day and it wasn't those automated responses since they answered a question I had in the same email. Overall, I'm really happy with this product. I set it up right next to my fancy coffee machine and blender so I can easily scoop ice and make some fancy coffee drinks. The product isn't too loud either. Definitely a recommended buy for anyone looking for an ice machine that works and looks great on the counter!
