Great customer service

Great mug. Definitely keeps my coffee hotter longer. Did not fit in my car cup holder but I kind of expected that. Was cleaning the lid and broke off a piece of the clamp from the sliding part and the company was quick to send me a replacement lid.

Perfect mini tumbler

I have had both warm and cold drinks in my tumbler. I was extremely impressed with how long my coffee stayed hot and when I used it for ice water I still had a significant amount of ice left over 12+hours after filling it.

Great for smoothies

I actually super love this. Sure, it's a cup. But its sleek, the lid is awesome, and the straw portion was surpringly easy to clean. I has my morning smoothie in it!
