Great quality and good for soups

Rather than purchasing in the frozen section, I was looking for a dried conch that I can easily store and use for soups. The hydration process is super easy. I was hesitant at first due to someone’s response about the smell but compared to the ones I have purchased at the oriental market, this is nothing unusual and I like the fact that it is transparent in their directions and origin. I ended up getting some other items from this same store so I will be sure to leave feedback if necessary.

Delicious flavor

I used this dried conch along with dried abalone, goji berries, and American ginseng to make chicken soup and it was absolutely delicious! This conch retains its amazing natural flavor and texture after cooking. Definitely a favorite in the house!
