Worked perfect on my Dell Inspiron 15 3000. No problems, full charge in no time at all.

I ordered two of these for my Inspiron 13 7000 so that I don't have to keep disconnecting the factory cable and charger when I move from room to room or travel. The products just arrived, with extremely quick shipping, and they look and, so far, work exactly like what came with the computer. I must admit that, at first, I wondered if these might be knock-offs; and I'll re-post if something seems off. But again, so far, I'm all-around very impressed with the company and product.

I used to buy off brand replacements, but had so many break that I have gone back to OEM chargers which are significantly more durable , better constructed, and longer lasting. This was no exception. Will have to see how long it takes my wife to kill it. She is the ultimate endurance test for computer gear. Two plugs enter, one plug leaves.

I bought 2 cheaper versions and they wouldn't charge my Dell properly. Bought the original one and no longer any problems

Well I was pleasantly surprised when I plugged in my new Dell OEM AC power supply and my slow internet and non-charging battery came to life! I had lost my original charger for my Dell Inspiron laptop so I bought a cheap replacement charger but little did I realize that the imitation charger would slow down my internet to a crawl as well as not charge my battery. This charger fixed both issues! I found out online that some imitation chargers have a smaller dimple that causes all sorts of issues and will not charge your battery. I am so glad I did not buy a wifi card or reinstall my operating system for a second time before discovering this charger. Thank you for saving me a lot of money and time, not to mention my nerves lol!

TL;DR: Works great and comes with a converter for the size of the charger outlet, just in case! This works just as well (probably better, actually) as the original Dell charger that came with my Inspiron 15 - 5568 My laptop is 3.5 years old and I was getting an error message as I turned on the computer saying that AC power adapter and wattage could not be determined and that my battery may not charge. Also, when the original charger was plugged into my laptop, the sound and video (on any platform) would not work. It was also having trouble with the laptop running any program. However, when it was unplugged, it was fine. So, I replaced both the battery and the charger. It fixed the problem! After reading several reviews on the laptop itself, the battery, as well as this charger, it seems to be a common problem that both the battery and the charger stopped working at around the 3-year mark. It's unfortunate, but it seems to be a pattern. The charger came quickly, and in great condition. It also came with a converter (see photo) in case your charging port is a different size. I saw that in some of the reviews of this product one of the complaints was that the charging end of the cord was not the correct size for the port on their laptop. Glad to know they have fixed this problem!

I'll be honest I am skeptical in buying things that aren't from the original manufacturer for most of my electronics. However, I am a student on a budget and my original laptop charger was acting up. I am extremely pleased with this charger. I haven't had any issues with it. Works like a charm and I haven't gotten any messages/errors I in charging from my laptop. I have a Dell Inspiron 13 the 7000 series 2 in 1 and I haven't had an problems with the charger. I don't have access to my original packaging/box but I believe it came with an adapter for the tip in case it did not fit your laptop port. Don't quote me on that.

I suffered the whole Dell "plugged in but not charging" on my laptop. Occem's razor--try the simplest item first. Yep, it was the charger, and this one has me computing (and buying on Amazon) in short work. Buy it...you won't be disappointed.

Since I got my laptop, a year ago, I always had to take the battery out so she would shut down properly. Otherwise she would not boot up. The power cord that came with my laptop burned out, so I got this one. The end piece not only fits into the power port better then the original power supply, but I no longer have to take the battery out to properly shut down my computer. I can’t say that I understand as to why. I would not think that a bad power supply would cause a computer to not shut down correctly. But, changing out power supply is the only change I made.

Recongnized dell so it would charge battery, old one lost the connection would power the laptop but not recognize the Dell charger to keep charging it. Ya, I replaced the battery thinking it was the problem then turns out to be the charger for some reason stopped being recognized a a dell charger. ya, that's what I was thinking myself..wt__.
