Will not work with converters with the larger 11.5" bolt pattern.
This is the second time I've done a LS swap in an older GM vehicle. I've used this flexplate to mate up a LS to a TH350 in a 74 Chevy Impala. Now I'm in the process of LS swapping in a 84 Chevy K30 with a TH400 and ran into problems. The flexplate has holes for 10.75" and 11.063" converter bolt pattern. The converter that was in the TH400 has the larger 11.5" bolt pattern. So I either have to elongate the holes or buy a different flexplate with the correct 11.5" bolt pattern. I've since found out that p/n Z270 flexplate has everything needed as well as the larger 11.5" bolt pattern to work with the larger coverter bolt pattern but cannot confirm. Hope this helps.
