wish I had found these years ago!

This is the first time in over 30 years I have used anything other than the plain metal crochet hooks. Wish I had found these years ago! You can crochet for hours and your hand does not get tired. I have small hands and thought these might look too large for me, but they are very comfortable to hold and really don't require any amount of grip to work with.

Easy to use

I have arthritis but still like to crochet so I got these hooks. They are easy to hold and use. I particularly like the soft grips as they make the hooks much easier to hold for older fingers. The little case is pretty but it is small and hard to fit everything back into it. I actually intend to use a different case for my hooks anyway, but I thought I should mention it.

Can’t beat the price!

I don’t use all of the sizes (yet) but it’s nice to have them around just in case. The handle is made of rubber so it’s not slippery; and bigger handle means less hand fatigue. The sizes are engraved onto the handle (not colored), and there’s also printed size number on the other side (black), I suppose the engraving is there so you can still see the size even when the printed numbers wore off. I love the metal yarn needle as well! They give you 3 sizes and 3 needle of each size, so 9 in total. Not to mention the pencil case-looking bag it comes with is super cute and space saver, so you won’t need to sramble around looking for what you need and you can practically store them anywhere. You can’t beat this deal for the price it’s listed.

A hook for every project!

Wow! What a great, complete set. I usually use Clover Gold hooks, but thought this would be a good backup set. Great variety of sizes, long handles for good grip, nice weight of hook. Metal of the hooks is a little under polished, but didn't cause too much hold up on my stitching. Hook shape I prefer, Boye not Bates, and a great side of accessories that make this a nice set. Might add a measuring tape, but not hugely important. For this price it is an excellent choice for new and old hookers!

Excellent Crochet Hooks!

These are wonderful crochet hooks, I am so pleased with them. I definitely recommend these to anyone who crochets, not just people with arthritis because they are very comfortable. I crochet for long periods of time and my hands would get tired within an hour or so, with these I can crochet for about four to five hours before I get a bit of cramping, but much less painful than before :) As another reviewer stated, the bag is cute, but if you don't fit the items in a certain way, it might be difficult to close. I personally don't find this bothersome, but it is something to note! The other items are great to have in this kit! I love that you get many different sizes of needles, but if you're like me and needed one some time ago with a bent endpoint, it does not have one. I love the scissors, they cut so well. It's my first time using these kinds of scissors and I am very happy with them. And the seller answered my question that same day about a missing hook I had. They sent me my replacement faster than I had expected. Superb gift for yourself or people in your life that crochet :)

Love, Love Love!

This is such a good deal! Even though I'm not a fan of the case design, everything that comes in it is such a deal! The hooks are easy to hold and distinguish between sizes (the sizes are etched into the handles), the extra hooks are a bonus, and not terribly expensive.

Scissors included!

I was very happy with the quality of items in the bag, as well as the bag itself. I love the flower pattern. I was using my new kit to make a blanket when I realized I needed scissors. I just happened to look inside and there was a pair! I didn’t even realize scissors came with. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love it

I love it, love the colors and love the light weight, the light is cool, came with 3 extra batteries. The case is ok, made of card board but suits it purpose. All and all pretty awesome , anybody who crochets would love this set. I'm very excited to use it on my next project.

Great product, great value for the money

My tween is using this kit to crochet, and she is so excited about the variety in hook sizes. The carrying case is a great solution for all the hooks plus she was excited that it included stitch markers and scissors that store tightly in a hard travel case. I don't know if it included the tapestry needles (she already had these) but the scissors were a great benefit. If I'd purchased all of these items separately I think it would've cost a lot more not only in money but in time spent getting this or that item here and there. This is a good value, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Best crochet purchase ever!

WOW! All I can say is wow!! These hooks are, by far, the best purchase I’ve made to supplement my crocheting hobby. These hooks are way better than the single ergonomic ones you buy at the craft stores and oh so economical!! The exposed hook part is longer than most ergonomic hooks and it also extends all the way to the bottom so it doesn’t slip out of the silicone. They’re so comfortable to hold, even when I crochet for hours at a time. I’d recommend this a thousand times over if I could. The pouch, markers, needles and scissors are added bonuses. If you’re on the fence on which one to buy, get this one! You won’t be sorry. I may buy a backup just so I have these for a lifetime in case I lose a certain size. Best crochet purchase ever.
