Really happy with this product

Being at the end of my tether with one of our dogs, a pug cross barking her head off at every opportunity when she is outside in the garden, I again went looking for something to make her stop. Over the years I have tried everything from boot camp to dog trainer to clickers, treats, whistles, citronella sprayer collars, noise collars and nothing worked. I read the reviews on this product and decided to give it another go. All I can say is WOW - within half a day I had another dog. She still barks which is natural, but she has learned very quickly from this device and it has gone down with I'd say at least 80% within a week time. Works a treat this. Wish I'd found it earlier!! Whoever invented this very clever device should get a medal!!

Brilliant collar.

Bought both my dogs one of these collars. Absolutely brilliant. My dogs used to bark at everything and wind each other up which would make the barking worse. After having the collar on for 2 hours my youngest dog only needs to be shown the collar now and he stops straight away. My other dog takes until it gets to vibration mood then he stops. A easy, humane way to stop unwanted barking. Highly recommend.

good training tool!

We have a shih-tzu , she is a lovely little dog but she started to bark at everything, and I mean everything. When the postman came she would be like a thing possessed not stopping barking until a good five minutes after he had delivered the post. I bought this collar and believe me it's the best money I have ever spent. The results were instant she stopped barking straight away and now after only three days wearing the collar she just sits at the window and watches the world go by where as before she would run up and down barking at anything that moved. I can sum this collar up with one word, BRILLIANT

its not often I write a review about a product but I thought I needed to about this product.i have a year old dog who is very nervous and he barks at every little sound I think as a warning,i have tried several products and nothing seemed to do the trick until I brought this collar,i brought on 11th of September and at first I was reluctant to use but the barking was getting out of hand so about two weeks after I brought it I decided to give it a go, it was easy to set up,my dog was barking and I put the collar on then when he barked again the bleep went he barked again within the 30seconds and the second bleep went, I can honestly say he hasn't had the collar on since that first evening it now sits on the table and if I think he is going to bark I just hold the collar for a second and that's enough.

Does no harm

I have to say I was skeptical when I purchased two of these collars for my dogs, I didn't doubt whether the product worked, just whether it would have any effect on my dogs, who love to bark. I was reassured by the generous return and refund policy so thought I would give it a go regardless. The dogs are both different breeds, one with a deep bark and howl, the other is smaller, more inclined to start barking and is generally yappier. I only want the collars for use in the garden during nice weather when the dogs prevent you spending anytime outside, ruining the ambience by barking persistently at anything that moves or makes a noise in neighbouring gardens. When the collars arrived I was excited to test them, they were easily assembled and even more easily fitted and working. They had an instant impact on both dogs. As soon as they barked the collars emitted the tone and that was enough on most occasions to surprise them and stop them from barking. On the few occasions when they have persisted the vibration has kicked in and this has been enough for the dog to completely give up. They normally run back to me and look at me as if something weird is going on. Now if I put the collar on when they go outside they don't even bother to start barking in the first place. As I said I only use the collars when I want to sit in the garden in peace for short periods, I don't want to deter them from barking in general, at night or to want me of something, I just want to prevent the 'barking for the sake of it'. I am very pleased with the purchases as they have massively exceeded my expectations. With the return policy I would advise anyone to try these on their dog as obviously I can only speak on behalf of the two I have.

This has been a god send. I've got a 1 Yr cavachon who likes to bark at anything, everything and nothing! The first time I put it on her, she barked and it beeped, she gave a curious look around and continued. As she carried on, the vibrate kicked in. As she was in the garden, she thought that the bit of grass she'd just walked on was what made her jump a little. She was looking around it for a while, trying to work it out. Shortly after, a friend called to the house. Luna is not a fan of the male humans! Cue, wooing. In came the beep and a gentle vibration and that's that!!! Had the odd woof since, which I can deal with, I don't want her 100% silent,that's cruel, she's just got to learn when to bark and when not to. This is the ONLY product that's worked this long. Humane, fast acting and good value. Highly recommended and just an hr a day has made such a huge difference. I've had it a week now.

Worked well

This is a fabulous thing. It has vastly reduced the barking of my jack russell, and is way better than the citronella collar he had before. It warns him if he barks with a tone, if he carries on it vibrates as well. It doesnt hurt him in any way, but he doesn't like it and it has really reduced his barking to acceptable levels. It is also much less heavy and bulky than the citronella collar, and doesn't need constant refilling. I love it - it is my favourite dog product for years.

Does as described

Anazing! We have a terrier who is very antisocial with other dogs. Public places have been a no go since we adopted her a year ago due to the fuss and barking that comes across as agressive. We've tried training, to no avail. Head halters...again, little success. Bought this and it's an instant fix! She will still get worked up at the sight of a dog but barks once, hears the beep amd gives up. It really is life changing for us all. We can now take her into public places which means she's not left alone while we have a post walk drink,snack and wander. The beep is quite loud though, prepare to justify its use and function to passers by who so readily judge.

This actually works!

I don't normally write reviews on products but I have been so impressed with this that I felt the need to give feed back. This Anit Bark Dog Collar has changed my life and my dogs almost overnight. He has only managed to get the collar to the point where it vibrates once and has learnt that when he barks the buzzing noise starts and he doesn't like it. He has gone from barking almost continuously at everything and anything , to being quiet and contented and receiving much more fuss and attention because he is not longer getting on the family's nerves all the time. good product.

Fantastic

What can i say, it appears to be working! My dog isn`t happy with wearing the colar because it has to be firm on the lower neck, not too tight, but the prongs have to touch the skin, there is an adustable sound level, which is high for my dog.......i can hear it when my dog was barking at the top of the garden, she stopped after one bark and two high pitched noises!! I let her wear it when i go out and when she goes out in the garden, two triggger points.......Bella barked in the house and my neighbours had mentioned it as i had asked them to do.........now i need to check to see if they have noticed a difference!! My son has noticed Bella barks less, she still barks at the front door if someone calls, but to me that good, she is guarding her home! Great product so far, at a great price and easy to use and no injury or cruelty to my pets!!!
