I bought this for my daughter to have fun looking at things with my phone (Instead of playing games.) I had no idea how much fun we'd have looking for items and viewing them. It's super cool. I'll be honest I might have played with it after she went to bed. This would be fun for the whole family. You can explore and find items and then take a closer look. Easy to use and most important fun!

What an amazing tool! This microscope allows you to take science and experiments to a new level and anywhere!! You can analyze bugs, leaves, coins, and anything else! The app on the phone allows you to use the device and see everything immediately and up close. I love that you can take the microscope with you anywhere. The best part is that you can take pictures on your phone while looking at items. Now we can go back and look at the pictures of what we observed at any time. Definitely brings science to a new level.

Easy to operate and fun to use.

I used the QR code to go to their website and get the Apple Store download and installed the app on my phone. My husband and I both used it on our iPhones with no problems. It is fun to find things to look at though it. You are able to take pictures with the phone app or the actual microscope. They were stored in the app and I saved them to my phone. It’s a good quality product and I would buy it again. I think you must have WiFi to get it to connect to your phone as that was the only way to pair it.

Really cool wireless microscope

This is a great wireless microscope. Since it's wireless you connect it to your smartphone via WiFi and use you phone as the screen. I kept trying to connect it to Bluetooth, but it's actually the WiFi that connects it. I found that very convenient because it makes the microscope itself compact and easy to use with no cable needed. The overall set up was easy to do. Just follow the simple instructions to download the app, and start looking at stuff. You can also take a photo or video and transfer it to your PC/laptop, which is a really neat feature. My son and I were in the backyard looking at everything we could. It's been a lot of fun exploring things and checking them out under the microscope. We've used it several times since getting it and it works every time. We are loving it! This was a great purchase for us.

Warning! Extreme Close Up!

This is probably the coolest little gadget you can buy for your little ones. Especially for those LOs who like to ask a million questions about everything! I have a 8 and 10 year old and we spent a good hour looking at stuff using this little microscope. My son even wanted to do his booger! Eww! It comes with a little stand and a ruler to measure your item. This is a fun and great gift for kids and adult kids!

This is the coolest thing ever! I got this for my daughter who is way into science but as I tried to figure out how to work it, I might've had more fun than her. You get an app and it creates a wifi network so that when you turn the microscope on, whatever you are seeing is on your phone. It truly is a microscope with great magnification showing our dish towels down to each individual fiber. It has a cover to protect the lens and a stand to make it look like a mini microscope you'd see in a lab. One important thing that took me a while to figure out - I thought it was never going to work - you should turn off your wifi when you download the app! I didn't see it in the directions but as soon as I did that, the app worked great. Also, you can take photos or videos of what you are looking at and they get saved in a file on the app. I cannot recommend this enough -especially for the price. It would make a great gift for a kid!

Great for kids!

I purchased this for my daughter, as she's starting to get into science. She particularly wanted something like this for her rock collection. The microscope is pretty easy to use. Simply download the app and connect to the microscope via wi-fi off your phone. Simple turn it on and have it pointed/near the item you're looking at. It will display on the phone screen. You can then adjust your zoom level on the microscope. It actually works a lot better than I anticipated and is crystal clear. It's held a charge through hours and hours of her using it, and initially charged up really quickly! There's also an adjustable light so you can easily see whatever you're looking at!

Best addition to the iPhone you didn’t know you needed.

My friend had one of these so I decided to get one myself. My first item I tried was my wife’s diamond ring. You can really see the details. I had a little trouble finding the app to download. I ended up just scanning the instructions it came with. It connects to your phone via WiFi and has recording capabilities. Holds a charge for a very long time. This would be great to do with kids as well. Define going to experiment more with this bad boy!

A nice addition to a homeschool lab!

This microscope is simple to setup and ready to use after the app. Both my 11 year old and myself unboxed this item and scan to download the app. The amazon product page instructions stated to find the WiFi for the microscope after opening the app. This step instantly connected the device to our phone. Then after a minute we disconnected from the micro usb cable and was able to take the microscope outside! He will use this for lessons or projects on his science homeschool work. I uploaded pictures to show the app in the use along with the scope on the stable stand.

This is so cool!

This microscope is very light weight and easy to use. I was mildly concerned that it wouldnt work well with how small and light it was but it worked very well. Attached are picture we took with it of a Japanese beetle. Worked great even with kids jumping around and bumping into the table. Very clear and easy to focus.
