Two weeks ago I said goodbye to my best friend. It's been extremely hard but I love that this box serves as beautiful resting place for my Delilah. The box is large enough to hold the wooden urn box I received from the vet, her collar, some cards, and there is room to spare. For reference I included a photo of the box containing her ashes as well. I was not able to use the included clay print kit so I used that space for a photo of her digital paw print that I received from the vet.

I purchased this for my beloved 15 yr old cat that we had to put to sleep. Since 11/16/16, I have struggled putting her in this. Guess I'm not ready or have found closure to the situation yet. The vet supplied us with her ashes and paw prints as requested. I will use the other side for another picture versus using the clay to make paw prints. It is a descent size box so it will hold the ashes (my cat came back in a little box), pictures, etc as described. The outside cardboard box used to package this looked like it was the last one they had, but the actual product wasn't damaged or scratched inside. Hope this helps.

When I lost my dog, I knew right away I wanted something special to keep his ashes and other momentos. I had seen in some reviews that the box came with chipped edges but took the chance anyways. It arrived in perfect condition and was pleasantly surprised as it was a nice size and felt sturdy. It comes with the clay to make a paw print but I did not use it as I had ordered one from the crematorium. It fit perfectly in the spot with his picture. His ashes, collar and other momentos fit perfectly inside and I plan to order a plate with his name and dates to add. Overall I'm highly satisfied with this memory box and definitely recommend it.

It is hard for me to write this review because I bought it to keep my 14 year old beagle's cremains in. The box is larger than it appears but not too big that you can't place it somewhere that makes sense. I keep mine on my nightstand. My box currently holds a small box with her cremains, a toy, 2 collars, a picture and the cementary paperwork. Nothing is stuffed in there. Although nothing can replace my doggie being able to see her picture and paw print before I go to sleep and when I wake up makes it a little easier to handle each day.

Even though the shipping was delayed many days even though I'd ordered it with Prime, it was worth the wait. I didn't use the paw print kit that came with it as my vet's office had already done one before my dog was cremated. I was able to put my 50 lb dog's remains, his collar, a few favorite small toys, condolence cards, and favorite photos inside. I had a favorite photo printed to put in the picture side and I used a hot glue gun to put the paw print and collar tag in the shadowbox side. I sure miss my pupper, but this was a nicer way to keep his ashes than the plastic box he was returned in.

This item succeeded my expectation. It is the perfect item if you want to build a memorial and honor a pet. A plaque is not included and has to be ordered separate, which is also available on amazon.

I recently lost my Miniature Schnauzer to cancer. I was searching for an urn that celebrated his life rather than remind me that he is no longer here. Although it was too late to get a paw impression with the included kit, I did have a plaster impression made of his paw years ago which still fit into the display. The box has plenty of room inside. I was able to store the box with his ashes that the funeral home gave me plus his collar and harness. There is still room inside for if I decide to hold one of his favorite toys. The loss still hurts me deeply but I love that I can display a photo of him looking happy alongside his pawprint. I wanted to celebrate his life and this is exactly what I got. My friends and family all love that I went with this idea. I had to make a minor adjustment to fit the plaster cast but had I been able to use the included kit, I could have probably made a slimmer version.

What a beautiful box. It was a lot larger than I anticipated. I had just lost my beloved fur baby and was looking for something that spoke to my grieving heart that would display a picture of her, her paw print and her ashes. This box has done this and so much more. Now I have an extremely beautiful and tasteful piece of art to store her ashes and other small keepsakes of hers. This is unexpected blessing. I didn't need the paw print kit. I appreciate the other items that were included even though they were unnecessary in my case.

The only suggestion I would give is if you know this day is coming to order prior. The ink pad for the paw they provided was very nice but unfortunately for me I was not able to use it for my babies paw print. I will save it to use for another pet and I hope that isnt for a long time from now. It will hold my boy perfect when I get his ashes back. I love the rotating picture box, my unfortunate task now is trying to pick my favorite pictures to put in it.

I lost Molly November 13 due to diabetes after having her for 14 years. This box works perfectly and lets me put the decorative tin her ashes came back to me in, along with her collar and a little baggie of her hair with tons of room to spare. I was able to even put the paw print mold the vet gave me, although it was a bit tight against the glass panel. Seems to be solid wood, although I'm sure probably particle board with a wood veneer and seems very sturdy with a flip top. Surprised it had actual glass for the . Molly was only 7 lbs when I had her sent to Rainbow Bridge but I would say this box could easily handle the ashes of a 20-30lb animal. Just a guess on my part, but if I put only her bag of ashes in the box, it would only take up maybe 5-10% of the space.
