This is the best thing I've purchased in months! I absolutely love it. It literally does everything it advertises and rarely does that happen. The degree to which food doesn't stick to the pan is insane. I'm a busy student so I don't always have time to cook, but this pan is so easy to clean up and it's one less thing to worry about. It's really the only pan I use now. I'm also in the healthcare field so it's great that it has approvals from the SGS and NSF so you know you're not getting toxic PFOA materials. P.s. It took almost no practice to use the fancy flipping technique and it's easier and faster to blend ingredients this way instead of just pushing the food around with a utensil. I can't do it with my other pans so it's definitely a cool feature

Best pan I've ever used

I've had this pan for about a month now and have used it several times a week since I've gotten it. When it first arrived I was impressed on how they presented it in the packaging as you open the lid you are presented with this high quality item that just screams to be unboxed and get onto the stove top. Upon taking it out of the box you immediately notice the superb quality of the unit. The handle feels great in your hand and the weight of the construction screams that it is going to outlive me... I followed the pre-seasoning instructions and then proceeded to cook my first meal, beef Szechuan. This pan cooked so evenly and the clean up was as simple as a quick wipe out with a paper towl. I was really intrigued by the extended lip so my next meal I prepared pan seared Halibut. The lip was perfect for allowing me to tilt the pan while I based the the fish. Once again because of the quality of the pan it produced a much better dish than I have the ability to do on my own. At this point I'm am so excited that I have run the pan thru numerous places cooking everything from pan seared stakes that get finished off in the oven to sauces that normally stain a pan and this unit has not disappointed. Even cooking and clean up is a breeze. This pan is now my go to for 90% of all my cooking whether it be on the stove top, the grill or the oven

Fantastic product! Game-changer in any kitchen

The Radical Pan by Chef Oren is truly a must have for your kitchen! I don't think I've ever been this excited or impressed with any piece of kitchen hardware in my life, but this pan actually has me looking forward to cooking every night! The pan is far from your run-of-the mill frying pan and the features behind this product are really what distinguish it from any other pan I've used before. From the high-rise lip (great for flipping and stirring) to the stay-cool molded handle, I can really tell that the creators behind this marvelous product are not only innovative, but they really care about the end-users experience in the kitchen. From a health and wellness perspective, having the product be SGS and NGF certified is a real bonus. To be honest, I think my favorite part about the pan might just be how easy it is to clean...which is the part of cooking I assume everyone hates the most!! It's dishwasher safe, but when I hand wash, everything comes off smoothly and seamlessly. I am thrilled with my purchase of the Rad pan and it is truly a high quality product that will be in my kitchen for a long time!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I have been cooking for over 30 years and this is by FAR the best pan I've ever used. It is incredibly durable, safe, easy to use and makes cooking a joy! I actually cook more and never worry about clean up or some of the difficulties that come with other pans (some of which are way more expensive). This company sat down and thought of everything one would want in a pan - safe, easy to use, can go in the dishwasher, can go in the over, non-heated handle, and has a LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!! Not just the best pan I've ever used but ONE OF THE BEST PRODUCTS I've ever used in my life!!! BUY ONE (or better yet all 3)!!!!

VERY USEFUL

This pan is THE BEST. I don’t know how I cooked without it before. Not only is the elevated lip super useful for tossing things, the non stick element works great. I got the medium sized pan and it’s the perfect weight and size. HIGHLY recommend this product.

Cool design, fun to use, and amazing results.

I saw the Radical Pan on Social media. I loved the look and non stick finish so I ordered one to check it out. It is fantastic. I thought the raised back would be amazing for flipping omelets, so that was my first effort. It was delicious ,fun and came out perfectly.. I’m on to a good stir fry next. Can’t wait to buy the rest of the set.

Outstanding pan

This is easily my favorite pan, and has replaced both my cast iron griddle and carbon steel wok for most things. I use it on an induction cooktop, and it works well there. It would be fine on any stovetop. Nice flat bottom. It's a snap to clean, usually just very hot water and a fairly soft nylon dish brush. I never use anything but nylon and silicon utensils, not because I don't think it could take it, but because it really is a gorgeous pan and I don't want to mark that nonstick surface. It conducts heat very well, and cooks evenly - something I really appreciate when I'm cooking on that little induction ring inside the cooktop. You can't assume cookwear will do that, but this pan does. I don't flip omelets into the air with it, but find that high side to be very handy for stir fry type dishes. It's really excellent. Stylish and functional. Handle is long, cool and comfortable. Pan is not too heavy to handle.

Indestructible!

I love this pan more than life itself! I have a housemate with dementia, and he loves to cook. This pan is pretty much indestructible. Nothing sticks, nothing stains. And clean up is quick. Although I supervise my housemate's cooking adventures, I've lost some pans and skillets to neglect, etc. When I can afford it, I'm going to order the 10" pan!

I love it

So easy to handle, nothing stuck even with just a little bit of oil yet chicken tenders turned out golden brown just the way we love it. I cannot wait to make something else and try to flip an egg lol
