Overall, I love my laser. I'm using it with the 3018-pro machine, and I have had amazing results. Already pumping out Christmas orders :D. I think my only couple of gripes would be that it definitely did not come with much in the way of instructions. At the end of the day, sainsmart's facebook page and wiki page is the saving grace! I got all the support I needed.

Great Laser

Installed on my 3018 PRO. Using LaserGBL software. Clean crisp burn enables fine detail on my images. Love it.

Works and produces detailed quality results

Absolutely love it, There is a learning curve, but if you can get past that you will have lots of fun, this will allow me to business to another level

Sad customer, to happy customer

First laser the lense was way loose and would lose focus. The second was much better but after about 10-12 hours of use in 2 months the power dropped to almost nothing. Can't even Mark paper with it. But before that happens I was very happy. I contacted sainsmart with the issue and they determined the laser was faulty , asked for my order number and haven't heard from them since. Amended my review. Sainsmart or the go-to ppl ok on Amazon. Just received an email saying they are shipping out a replacement laser. And I thought I was going to have to go back to burning ants with a magnifying glass.
