I was promised the shelter in 5-7 days and received it in 4. The shelter was designed nicely and assembled easy in about 5 hours, could've been faster except for the periodic wind. This is a replacement for a ShelterLogic autoshelter which was of poor quality material and construction, lasted only 14 months (no wonder only had 12 month warranty). Some parts were missing (Quictent's fault), I contacted the seller, Brandline, and Wendy contacted me with a request for a list of missing items, I told her the rope, bungee cords, stakes, and instructions were missing (never packaged at source). Wendy sent me an e-mail as to when I can expect the replacement parts that were express shipped. Wendy was very courteous, patiently answered my questions; great customer service, I will by from Brandline in the future.

Update 6/12: Having used the tent as a carport for the past few months I am very happy with this purchase. The only suggestion I would make is to possibly have a 12ft width instead of 10. My Rav4 fits nicely but opening the doors to get out or in sometimes becomes a challenge if enough space hasn't been provided. The addl' couple of feet could address that. Thanks! -------------------------------------------------------------- Update 3/5: After shifting the tent in the driveway and making it a carport we had a stormy and windy day and the tent blew away because we hadn't added supports correctly. Talked to support and they immediately replaced the broken / twisted parts and shipped it in a matter of days. The tent is back up now with additional 9" support stakes and sand bags; should withstand heavy winds. Kudos to the support team for making the reorder smooth and easy (and also free)!!! ------------------------------------------------- Used it for a housewarming when the weather was cold and a bit rainy. Setting it up definitely took effort and an additional person or two is definitely recommended. We reinforced the stands with weights and tied them as well to the ground as we received wind gusts upto 45 MPH. Thankfully, the tent stayed upright and I am now confident it will withstand the weather. Onto making it a carport now!! I couldn't find the installation guide and sending an email to their support resolved it quickly. Attached is the installation if it helps anyone :)

I bought this tent almost 3 years ago and it has been out in some pretty nasty weather and held strong. It has withstood heavy rain, about 3 inches of snow, and winds of over 35 mph with proper anchoring. It is also a nice looking tent that can be used for parties or just park a vehicle or to store stuff in. I would definitely buy this tent again.

***** Update #2: the company was really great and sent me new parts to replace the ones that were damaged at no cost. Shipping was quick as was the response. We moved the location and are crossing our fingers we have it protected enough to not be blown to shreds. We had backed it up to our large shop hoping it would help protect it, but now we moved it to a completely different side of the property in the hopes that the winds that often blow N/S won't damage it. I don't believe there's much you can do about the crazy windstorm we had but I'm glad the company honored their product and stood by it. ***Update: The first wind we got of the winter blew this to shreds. It hit the side of our house and it was weighted and tied down. Also, the roof will pool water and get every where. I'm not satisfied AT ALL. So far so good. Easy to set up. It's been about four months and things are working well although that was through calm summer. My only gripe is the four corners creep up at the bottom and should be weighed down. I'll update after winter.

We initially purchased this canopy to shelter a pick up truck in 2015. Due to constant sun exposure and heavy rains, this year (2017) the roof ripped. I contacted thr company for a replacement part. They have responded within 24 hrs (this included Easter Sunday). They carry thr nessessary replacement part to support their product 2 years later!! Couldn't ask for better service. The product is strong, meeting our needs perfectly. Their customer service is AMAZING!!! Thank you Cherry!!!

Shortly after i received and assembled this, a strong storm blew it away and bent most of the poles irrepairably. I posted a poor review and was immediately contacted and offered replacement poles free of charge. Wow! They really know how to treat their customers! I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely do business with them again

I bought this tent to start a home gym in my backyard and this tent works great. I can open the window covers to let in light whenever I workout. It keeps my equipment clean and it’s very sturdy, doesn’t move at all. I’ve gotten many compliments from family members and they all ask where I bought it from. Highly recommend!

I use this as a year round "garage" to protect my tractors. I don't use the sidewalls - only the top cover because I fear the sidewalls would turn it into a kite in wind storms. Last year we had over 7 feet of snow and some freezing rain, and we get high winds (50mph+) at times throughout the year, and it's still standing and in great shape. Hoping it makes it through another winter. I do brush the snow off after it snows because as with most canopy covers it does sag after a while at the frame, and if you don't clear it the top would either rip or the canopy would likely collapse. Canopies are not designed to handle heavy weighs so it's unrealistic to expect the snow won't need to be cleared or the rain drained off from time to time. I bought the canopy anchor kit, but those were useless, so I weighed the legs down with sand bags and cinder blocks. It definitely needs to be anchored well if you live in a windy area, and expect to replace some of the bungees as needed. Overall, for the price this is a great canopy and worth the purchase.

Some reviewers said this wasn’t good, I found it to be great. The material is not much different than a blue tarp but it’s been sewn well and I was able to pull it very tight without a hint of failure. I bought a 20’x10’ tent, turns out the 20’ was too big for where I wanted to place it so I made it into a 13’ long tent, I used all of the legs just not all of the length supports. To strengthen each support after connecting the pieces together I used duct tape, to make the tarp smaller I folded in near the center (on the roof tarp) then used extra-wide white duct tape from walmart, I ran a cable inside my fold for added support. See pictures When the poles are connected they are a little wiggly but once duct taped they felt solid and strong. You could make it only 6 feet tall if you wanted (see pics) I suggest buying extra-wide white duct tape it works great and improved the pole strength plus I used it to seal the corner connections (buy the Gorilla brand it sticks great) I got the tape at Walmart for $8.00 each you’ll need 2 rolls, I also used zip ties to secure the tarp (see pics) The poles are strong enough that I plan to use them next year to build a permanent structure using overlapping shiplap style siding and a metal corrugated roof. I can’t speak for the traditional roof shape but the half round roof that I purchased is incredibly strong, Im 250 pounds and hung off the roof support easily (I wouldn’t do it if I had it 20’ long though). I don’t normally post reviews but I had trouble finding reviews with good detailed info so my review is probably over kill.

Wow! This is a very long tent and very roomy. We are using as a way to keep the hordes of plants in planters safe from the feels like 17° weather. Also using a propane heater to keep the plants warm. Working very well. I recommend this tent due to various uses.
