Save yourself the trouble
I had to buy this after the struggle was real from trying to open up a jar in the middle of cooking. I think I got tired from mainly trying to open the jar over the actual cooking itself. Very easy to use for opening jars
This arrived just in time, as I was struggling to open a jar of pickles. It was such a breeze with this jar opener. Just open it wide enough to fit over the lid, give it a turn, and it open very easily. I have struggled at times in the past with using a rubber type of jar opener. This one is so superb to that one, as it is metal, and the contact with the lid is even stronger. Love it. So glad I decided to purchase this.
