Tummy time has never been this fun

Tummy Time Water Play mat is portable, easy to set up, appears durable and is a total sensory experience. While the box suggests for 3 months+, with close supervision, as soon as a baby can lift his/her head they are ready for 2-3 minutes of tummy time. Tummy time is very important for strengthening neck, belly, shoulders and arms and an important per-requisite for sitting, crawling and eventually walking. Tummy time also helps babies from developing flat spots on the back of the head. This water play mat checks all the correct boxes. It comes with its own pump and is easy to inflate. It is eye-catching, which can help encourage those finicky babies who do not initially like being on their tummies. This also includes the sensory defensive babies, who may be helped by the added proprioceptive input from the water on their muscles and joints. In addition, the mat comes with four underwater creatures, which can be manipulated through the water aiding in the development of eye-tracking and overall tactile/sensory exploration. Increases tummy time for babies

My 3 months old baby absolutely hates his tummy time, and this mat helped me keep him on his tummy for about 10 minutes! It kept him busy and interested that he didn't care that he is on his tummy. The material seems to be durable and the air and water valves do not open easily (which is a good thing when my 2 years old is around). Filling it with air and water was a pretty easy thing to do. Good product, I recommend.

Entertainment for babies

I got this mat for my daughter. She enjoyed every minute of it. Easy to clean sturdy for her chunky body Haha. It was nice to have a air pump provided so I didnt have to blow it up myself. Would be a nice baby shower gift.

interesting concept

I've never seen a mat like this so I was curious about it. The outer edge inflates easily with air. A pump is included, but your mouth'll work just fine too. The inner part is to be filled with water. It has a few foam blocks inside that can be moved around in the water section. The plastic is thick enough that I am not worried about it breaking open. The package claims that the water will not get gross in there even if it is not changed regularly. I am not fully convinced yet, and would rather empty and refill occasionally, but I guess I'm glad they were at least thinking about it. I don't see this mat being something a baby will really enjoy once they are at the moderately mobile age, but until then it seems like a great tool to help keep baby occupied.

Fun little pool!

My baby is very happy with her new tummy time water playmat! It is a baby toy that can distract her a while with the little fishies. The set up was easy and it does not take that much space.

What a fun mat. Great for tummy time and looks pretty sturdy. I think we will get few good months use of it!
