Super Impressive Kit! Highly Recommend

I’ve been a professional makeup artist for 11 years now. I’ve specialized in Body/face paints for the past 6 years, and I have tried them all! If there is a body paint out there I’ve used it. So I feel like I have a good opinion on what good paints are and what not so great paints are. After using Craft Pro Face Paints I have got to say... I was Impressed!!! Beyond impressed! I did not expect to not like them, but what I didn’t expect was for them to hold up to my favorite face paints! And they did! Pros They blend like a dream! Have gorgeous coverage, did not have to layer at all to get a nice Opacity to the paint. Was able to mix colors easily and had no issues with the colors splitting once mixed. Felt comfortable to move in, was able to flex my face etc without the paint cracking! Cons I wish the pans were bigger! ( more of a personal hope haha! Not really a con!) Can flake if layered too thick(again not really a con just an FYI if unfamiliar with paints) was able to layer 2 times with no issues but the third layer began flaking badly. No need for 3 layers of paint, I was just doing some testing for my own curiosity. Overall these are wonderful paints!!! I will say this particular kit is more geared towards face painters and smaller projects! I really hope this brand creates a palette for more of the artist! Bigger pans and skipping all of the brushes and sponges. I would really love this paint formula for more full body paints! All in all this paint held up against my favorite body paints! I have one I use regularly and I actually find myself reaching for this kit now Instead! WONDERFUL FORMULA for an even better price! 10/10

Great product

I’m very impressed with this product overall. The packaging makes it extremely easy to stay neat and organized. I was happy with how nice the color selection and product is. It’s very creamy and easy to pick up color. Some of the colors are more pigmented than others so some will need a second coat but as soon as I swatched these I knew that I was going to love them. I’m always looking for new paints to create face and body paint looks with and I’m definitely adding this to my kit. It’s a nice little one to have on hand.

Love it

The paint in this palette is very soft, and easy to apply over a powder/ or cream base. (It is water based, so like all water based product-- any kind of exposure to liquid too much sweat, rain, etc. will cause melting) Each colour cup has it's own cover and can be taken off the palette for ease of storage--- the packaging is super cute and came with some nice brushes, sponges, and some little stencils as a bonus ♡ ( used yellow, orange, turquoise, and red for the image )

Pleasantly surprised!! Fantastic paint palette!

I was drawn to this palette initially because of the colors in it. They are vibrant and the range covers everything you need! It's the perfect selection of colors as a "go to" palette or one for starting out. Before using it, I wasn't sure of what sort of opacity to expect, and this is where I was happily surprised. AT FIRST, it will take some time to get used to the ratio of water to paint. Too much water and it will be sheer, but have the right amount and you're golden! I found I liked using a sponge for larger areas to cover. It also worked wonderfully for the smaller painting and details with a tiny brush. I posted two photos of the palette - you can see that each individual color (cake) can be popped out and rearranged, so I put mine in rainbow order :) This made it easier for me to bounce around with colors and mix/blend them. I love that the kit includes brushes, sponges, stencils and more - this is especially nice for people who are starting from scratch and have no other products to use (I don't have all these in my photo). I ended up using my own brushes and materials because I have ones I already love. The makeup photos I shared are one straight from my phone so you can see the true colors and then an edited photo. It gave great illusion without editing which makes for a successful paint palette! I recommend this as a palette to always have in your kit. In case you're missing a larger paint cake, you'll have everything you need with this one. I also recommend it for detail work and smaller areas (opposed to full body paints) and for anyone starting out!

The biggest bang for your buck!

These paints are absolutely wonderful, I 10/10 recommend! If you’re looking for a cruelty free face/body paint, this is the one. It’s very lightweight, doesn’t irritate the skin or clog pores and it’s terribly easy to remove. All of the paints are water activated so they’re easy to use. The case they come in is sturdy and easy to travel with! All of the paints and 2 beautiful glitters can be removed from the palette and can click right back in. It comes with the cutest stencils and you even get 3 brushes! This palette is a freakin steal!

Wonderful face paints and great for sensitive skin

So Easy To Remove! I have very sensitive skin and have to take great care in products I use. I used this paint for full face Halloween on both my kids (4&7) and myself. The paint went on with his quality pigment and didn’t run. When it was time to wash it off, perfect removal with some gentle soap and warm water. Other paints have “stained” our skin and I needed to really scrub the coloring off leaving our skin red and irritated. Great variety of colors and brushes. Look no further if you need face paint.

My favorite purchase of 2020 so far!

I am beyond pleased with this set! As an artist, but a complete n00b to the body/face painting world, I was not sure what to expect. I cannot believe how creamy and dreamy these are to work with. They blend like a dream- I was able to create some really cool watercolor-like effects with the colors bleeding into one another, something I wasn’t expecting with face paint. However, when I added a bit less water, I was able to create a very stable paint that didn’t bleed into one another, allowing for precise and sharp lines from one color to the next. This was also very helpful when using the stencils. Even the tiny details in the unicorn came out beautifully- and on my first attempt! I had one VERY happy six year old! I was also able to freehand some designs and even spell out words easily using the paints and brushes provided. Overall, I cannot wait to head over to YouTube and start watching all sorts of tutorials to practice some designs! On top of everything else - the quality, coverage, ease of use, sensitive skin friendly formula- craftPRO is a small, family run business which I didn’t realize at the time of purchase, but am extremely excited over! As a small business owner myself, we have to support each other as much as we can, and I intend on making any future face paints from craftPRO! TL;DR: BUY THESE! YOU WON’T REGRET IT! :D

Creative Makeup Artist Approved

I was gifted this product to test, but my opinions are completely my own. I do creative makeup looks and have tried many different brands of water activated paints & liners and this is officially one of my favorites! The paints are extremely pigmented and creamy and don't seem to easily crack. The packaging is unlike any other brand I've seen and each color has its own lid & can be removed from the palette. This innovation really helps keeps my colors clean and not contaminated by the other colors. It comes with glitters, stencils, and a variety of brushes and sponges. I think this is AMAZING quality at such a great price. I whole heartedly recommend this product and will continue purchasing from this brand.

I NEVER make reviews on purchases, and I had to review this

I do SFX Makeup and typically use brands like Mehron for face paint. I decided to try out Craft Pros. For the low price, you get a pallet with individual tins of aqua paint. The tins are deep and you get a LOT of product. A little goes a long way. You also get two little tins of glitter, makeup brushes and stencils. Once again, very impressive for the price. 10/10 build up compared to other brands. I used so many layers and had no flaming, or color fallout 10/10 blendability. It blends in like eyeshadow for an amazing fade of colors. Just make sure it’s still wet. 10/10 long wear. I wore this around the house while eating and drinking for 6 hours and it stayed put. I had to add a little bit more to the lips, but that is expected with any aqua paint due to excessive movement. 8/10 packaging. I love the individual paints, but the lids had issues staying on. It may have been just the one I received, but I dumped glitter E.V.E.R.Y.W.H.E.R.E other than that, everything was secure and easy to access and store. 10/10 removal. Y’all. I was SHOCKED. other pro paints, if I use black, I have parts of my skin black for DAYS. no matter how hard I scrub, it sinks in my pores, etc. Craft Pros found a way to bypass this happening. I used my regular Nuetrogena face wash and is melted right off! No excess residue, no staining the tub, no staining towels. Easy to apply, easy to remove. Overall, this purchase was a pretty solid 10/10. Very comparable, if not BETTER, Than well known brands. Very worth the price and worth a try. I’ll be back to purchase round two!

LOVE them

i absolutely HATE oil halloween paints. they smear and wipe off easily and i didn’t want to deal with them. After watching some professionals do halloween makeup tutorials, i saw some use alcohol activated paints. i looked them up and they were waaaay out of my budget... but then i found this. water based sounds like it’d be kinda see through, but it’s actually not. these went on so easily, blended so easily, were bold when i needed them to be and omg. i’m in love. so glad i bought these, probably one of my best purchases on amazon ever!!! Plus when i was washing them off, i didn’t have to scrub the hell out of my face like i normally have to. these paints are straight from the heavens.
