Was shocked by the quality of this product. The flame and colors are awesome. I only rated the heat 3 stars because I haven't used or needed it. I just wanted one for looks

Great option to create a fireplace wall!

We used this fireplace in our DIY fireplace/mantle/tv wall. It’s perfect for what we wanted. We don’t have a fireplace and wanted one so we were able to turn a blank wall into this! We installed stone, this Homedex Electric insert, a mantle, and hung the tv above. We’re extremely happy with how it turned out.

Great value

Mine looks and works great. Instructions suck. To get the flont glass removed, there are four silver screws on the side(2 on each side) - take them out and glass front slides up- instructions are not good, but the product is very good.

Beautiful Warm Modern and Elegant I love it!

You cannot beat the beautiful glow of blue or red flames with the log or crystal ambience. I love the real ness of the flames. The heater warms our living room which is a large room . The remote and touch screen make this very easy to operate. I hard wired this myself. It was very easy. Installation to put this on the wall took me only 10 minutes . You dont even need to recess it because it is only about 5 inches from the wall and looks clean modern and cool! I really love this fireplace and I cant believe it was only a couple hundred bucks!!! Such a terrific add on to any room. You can plug this in or hard wire it. Truly is a wonderful elegant addition to our living room and added that extra heat we needed.

Excellent fireplace

Excellent fireplace We have purchased a large volume of this type of electric fireplace over the past three years. The Homedex fireplace appears to be one of the best we have purchased and it is very competitively priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Well made

I looked at a lot of wall hanging fireplaces but this one met all my expectations. Well made, 3 colors of fire, comes with wood fire look or fire glass, will install in wall or hang on wall. Most important all vents are in front. Heat will blow directly out not up or down.

Very good for the price! Three flame colors and two brightness setting and power usage. It has all good features plus one important thing which is big display screen. My family just love it!

Amazing deal

Fire place is amazing! It looks great and easy to install. It was bigger then our our original fireplace but we built a frame for it and slide it in place. Put bricks around it and definitely a show piece ! So excited. Also it warms up a small space pretty quickly.
