Glad I found this one!!!

I had been searching through multiple brands, models, zone options, sizes, etc. and after having my mind made up, I found this LANBO cooler! Instantly changed my mind. While it does say it holds 160 bottles, the ACTUAL number is lower, especially when you figure in "larger" factor bottles (this is why accuracy is only four starts). I have yet to be able to get six bottles across the front of a shelf but it still holds a ton of wine! As far as design, it is great! The shelves are all on metal rails, making sliding in an out very easy. They lock once the shelf is fully extended and are rigid enough to hold 8 to 10 bottles. The dual zones have been functioning great and hold their temperature. It is also very quiet, and after reading the number of complaints re: "louder" compressors, the noise level has been great. Initially, there was a smell from the wood racks being stained but that has worn off and it is almost fully loaded! Great buy, would do it again if/once I run out of space!

Easy storage, and quiet

Had been looking for another wine refrigerator for my house and chose this one. It works very well and is quiet!! Right now I have a little less than 90 bottles in it. The racks are easy to slide in and out.

Great Lanbo Service!

Just had the 149 bottle single zone Lanbo wine cooler delivered. One of the shelves was extremely difficult to pull out. At first I went to the Amazon site for a remedy. The link to have a customer service representative call did not work. Even after multiple attempts. Not surprised. I went the "Chat" route and initially was shuffled from representative to representative. Just before I was ready to lose my mind I was connected to Amanda. She quickly told me I could get a full refund or replacement or she would give me a credit and let me work with Lanbo for a fix. I chose to take the credit and emailed Lanbo customer service. My initial email to Lanbo was in the evening. June at Lanbo replied within minutes. She sent me info on multiple possible fixes. The next morning I attempted to get the sticking shelf out and bent one of the pieces that holds the shelf in. I fixed the problem but needed a replacement rail. I emailed Lanbo and June again replied immediately and said they would send a replacement rail free of charge. So far, so good. The unit itself appears to be as advertised. One of the main issues I found in researching wine chillers was noise. This unit seems to be reasonably quiet as many of the reviewers mentioned. I haven't filled it with bottles yet but if it seems to become louder, run more frequently or have issues with temp maintenance I will update this review.
