This attachment really beats spraying the driveway with a 40deg nozzle. It goes about 5 times faster and doesn't blow crap all out of the way. Only catch is that you'll need to periodically spray off all the dirt that builds up around it. Cleaning my driveway and patio used to be a two or three day affair; now it's over in two hours.

If you’re looking for a consumer grade surface cleaner, this is the one you want. All the other makes I have tried are the same, in that they use Teflon washers in place of bearings in the central “hub”. These wear out quickly and can’t be replaced. This in the only model that actually uses bearings that I’ve found in this price range. Bearings are 17x35x10 mm. About $5 on Amazon. Well made. Does the job. Since parts can actually be replaced, isn’t disposable like the big box versions

Fantastic attachment. I used this with my 2700 PSI Karcher pressure washer and it turned a 4 or 5 hour job into a 1 hour job.

I read many reviews of other surface cleaners before I decided to purchase the Karcher 15" Surface Cleaner. The common defect other surface cleaners seemed to share, as pointed out by the reviews, was the absence of ball bearings on the part that spins the most! Instead, other surface cleaners reportedly relied on the use of Teflon washers, or less; sometimes causing an abrupt failure of the surface cleaner. On the other hand, one Karcher review mentioned the use of standard size ball bearings, and replaceable jets nozzles! That made my decision to buy Karcher easy. Two other points of buyer satisfaction for me are: 1. The bristle skirt is evenly secured with screws. 2. The spindle is made of heavy duty metal and looks to be replaceable too. All in all, without using it, I can see the bearings, arm spindle, water jet nozzles and bristle skirt are all replaceable, if they should ever fail. The Karcher Surface Cleaner should provide years of service.

Karcher 15-Inch Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner Attachment, 3200 PSI Rating : I have a little Karcher surface cleaner for the electric Karcher pressure washer I have had for years, I stepped upped to a Gas Yamaha/Subaru Powerstroke 3100 psi 2.4 GPM which I got cheap at Costco recently and loving the extra power . I bought the Karcher 15 inch surface cleaner as the little Karcher surface cleaner from the electric washer wont jive because of PSI difference and connections..... Karcher 15-Inch Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner works great and really cuts off alot of time cleaning my huge concrete driveway. If you use no chemicals it will get bare concrete pretty clean about 75% to 90% clean with very little streaking if you keep it moving.... My method to use as little chemicals as possible is blow off everything with blower, then go at it with Karcher 15-Inch Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner , rinse really well with 40 degree tip, then use Krud Kutter Original in a pump sprayer non reduced, mist all the concrete and use the surface cleaner again all over and rinse with 40 degree tip again... Now that gets me clean with bio degradable cleaner and wont kill all my plants and grass.... I live in Florida and have a huge terrible tree and my concrete driveway gets black moldy terrible, also driveway finish is rough because its sloped for traction, and the mold and algae really gets stuck on the surface...... Also another big plus is the Karcher 15-Inch Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner keeps the mold and stuff contained alot better and not airborne while cleaning, I get sick every year from cleaning the driveway, gutters and house walls from all the mold and stuff, I wear a mold respirator that helps and using the Karcher 15-Inch Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner really helps also... And yes you need to keep an eye on the large plastic nuts that hold it together , they loosen up and it will blow up if they unscrew all the way... I carry a set of Channel locks and keep the nuts tight... When I am done using the Karcher 15-Inch Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner I will take it apart, clean it and apply clear silicone adhesive on the nut threads and nuts, reassemble and put it away until next use... that will give ample time for the silicone adhesive to dry and that should cure the plastic retaining nuts from working loose again.... Dont forget some spare Bearings as a helpful person reviewed here. They will fail as its a harsh environment the surface cleaner is exposed to.......

Probably one of the best attachments for a piece of equipment I have ever purchased...cleaned my entire sidewalk in about 1/2 an hour...a lot easier with a lot less mess...GREAT!

An absolutely fantastic attachment. I have a huge driveway and usually takes me a couple of days as more than a few hours gets to be too much. Had not cleaned my driveway in 2 years, and went at it. Took me 3 hours, from taking out the washer to putting it back in the garage, including the learning curve on the best way to use it. Make sure you wet the area you are about to wash as it makes it go much faster. Do overlapping passes and pull the attachment only for the least amount of effort. Pushing will put blisters on your hands. The build quality is great. Only had to tighten the nut once. It has a real ball bearing instead of a sleeve with Teflon like most of the competition. The bar is quite heavy so takes a second to spin up, and a bit to spin down, more proof of the quality. I used a 2400psi Pressure Washer with 5hp honda motor and it was more than sufficient. You will need to put on a 45 nozzle on your wand to rinse behind after you are done for the best results as it really does keep all the spray contained inside the unit. It was great to clean the driveway and not get wet. My neighbor is going to buy one now that they saw my results!

Amazing product! Not sure how I ever powerwashed without something like this. Take a look at the attached picture and you can see what it looked like. If you look close you can see a before/after part in the corner where I overlapped to the next section. This was done with no effort in just a few seconds. In the past it would take a lot more effort to get it clean with out blotches from uneven pressure application. I cannot wait to try it in the pool area in the spring. It took me two days to do that job last spring.

They say 5-times faster using this versus a regular pressure washer? I think it’s even faster! When used with my 2500/2.3gpm PW, works ok.. cleans nice. I prefer to use it with my Honda 3100/2.7gpm PW. The bigger PW cleans as fast as you can push it. We can clean the whole driveway in 45 minutes versus 6-7 hours before. Pro- easy to use, fast, convenient to use. Con- when the concrete is very dirty, you have to go behind and rinse. We were getting a bad build up of dirt and used a second pressure washer to rinse behind.
