Timer works great

Arrived in shorter time than originally thought. To my pleasant surprise it works great. It was confusing setting it up. There is a great video I watched that made it easy. You do have to read the directions slowly and take your time setting it up. I have it installed controlling my water pump for my vegetable hydroponic system. It does not miss a beat turning the 4000gph water pump on and off. Vivosun customer service is outstanding and helps me every time if and a big if there is a problem. Not any issue with the timer so far. Only a few weeks into having it installed.

Works as intended, knobs can be a bit fiddly to keep in adjustment.

We're using this to cycle on/off a cheap tankless water heater that has a 20 minute cut out. The water heater instead of closing a valve simply shuts off the burner after 20 minutes, allowing the water to still flow. This doesn't work well for heating a hot tub. We use this to cycle the valve every 15 minutes with 10 seconds off time to make the water heater run continuously. This device works flawlessly when set but can be a pain 'cause the knobs turn very freely (could be a pro in another use case.) I would still buy the device again and its a good value for the price.

I was Dubious about the functionality of this timer, however it does exactly what is claimed. I like it!

I'd buy it again

I hooked this up to a clone machine and was looking for approximately 3-5 seconds on and 5 minutes or so off. I easily achieved acceptable results with this caveat; If you're looking for tight control of specific duration you'll experience some difficulty as the dials have no detentes, simply a smoothly rolling dial adjustment that makes fine-tuning of on/off duration difficult if you're looking for tight tolerances. For my application I found the cost, quality and speedy free shipping to be at or above par.

Performed as described

I have dehumidifier (Frigidaire 50-Pint FFAD5033R1) that unfortunately after only 2 years decided to stop after about 20 minutes of operation. If I cycled the power off/on is seemed to reset itself. This timer performed exactly what I needed. Others had indicated they had issues with switching between 24 hour/day/night but following the visual instructions I was able to easily select each option. (Sadly I discovered the Frigidaire unit was no longer removing moisture and have to replace it.)

Great for anything that needs a timer. Im currently using it to run an air pump to aerate our feeding buckets. Works as should

This is exactly what I needed. I use solar tube to heat my small above ground pool. I wanted the water to cycle on and off so the water would absorb more solar heat in the black hose. I would not change a thing.
