I have a book I can write in, highlight, etc. and not have to look at a computer screen.

These are great manuals to have for the Solaris. No “manuals” came with the sewing machine. All the instructions are built into the actual machine. There are still people who like to look up something and be able to refer back to it without having to go back and look at the computer screen. It may be old school however I paid a lot of money for the Solaris and expected To at least get instruction manuals with it instead of having to look it up on yet another computer even if it is in the machine. One more manual is needed for the IQ designer on the Solaris.

It’s much easier to look in a manual than to have to try to find something on a screen

The machine came with manuals built into the machine. If I’m in the middle of sewing something I do not want to have to stop to look for something on the machine’s built-in book. The manuals I purchased were printed and put together professionally and I am very happy to have them.
