Exceeded Expectations

This product made of nicely finished metal. The markings are not only painted but etched into the metal. It gets five stars because of how well it works. It has both standard and metric and is pretty easy to read for my older eyes. I would suggest this for hobbyist to professionals. If you work on guitars this helps setup go much faster.

I would imagine most people looking to buy this are familiar with the industry standard brand when it comes to luthier tools...the one that rhymes with "blue-pack", and while I absolutely love their stuff, some of it is wayyy overpriced and their string action gauge is probably the best example ($18.95). This gauge has every single gauge and ruler as theirs which makes this a no brainer if you're in need of one.

Nice Pocket Guitar!

It is a fun gadget.The practice neck is smaller than a real guitar. It is designed with a screen which can be turned and shows chords, very good for learning chords. The strings are in good quality. Comes with a cell battery and a carrying bag. Everything works property i recommend the product.

Very good for the price

Considering this is a fraction of the cost of similar products, this is a good tool that does the job. It seems reasonably well made (sturdy) and gauges are easy to ready (they are etched, not just painted on). If you're just looking for a basic tool for occasional set-up, this is a great, cost-effective option.

I'm just learning to do my own basic setups for guitars, and this cool piece of metal is a gift from the heavens to me. Having this ruler, has made me look like I know what I'm doing, when setting up my own guitars, or one of my friend's guitars. It's a must have for anyone that is a guitar tech, or an amateur, at home, doing their own work.

Easy to use

I appreciate the accuracy this offers. Much easier to use than any makeshift method I had tried previously. Well worth the small investment.

very inexpensive and does what it is suppose to do. the guage has many measurement modalities so if one does not do it for you another one will. note: i just received a question about the product name. amazon lists it estone. on the product the product name is baroque. go figure?

I find these a great tool to have handy

I have "Too Many" or 'Not enough" guitar depending on who answers the door. I don't do repairs for morey, just for me. However, I find these a great tool to have handy. Light, easy to read and more applications than the manufactuor had in mind. Buy some, they're small. k
