Seem to be great for beginners

I bought these skates having never skated before in my life. They were perfect! The wheels don't feel as free moving as some, so you feel very stable on them. The colors were great. They run a bit on the large side, as others have stated. I usually wear a 7 so I ordered a 7 and they have a bit of wiggle room in the toe area. Nothing too major but if you wear a 1/2 size, definitely get the next size down. Overall, I would absolutely recommend these, especially if you're a beginner like me!

Roller Derby Roller Skates

They are comfortable and cute. They worked perfectly fine for outdoors and I would assume indoors as well. Smooth wheels, standard brake and cute colors. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

Amazing! Love them!

I was inpsired by IndyJammaJone's videos on YouTube to get into skating. It looked so fun and like a great way to get exercise. And these skates are perfect! They're beautiful, well made, and are at a perfect price point for a college kid like me. They feel great on the feet and the wheels roll nicely but not too quick. The boots are super supportive of the foot and ankle and the white coloring also leaves room for some customization with markers haha. I would recommend thick socks just in case, cause roller skates in general tend to leave blisters. If you plan on skating for long stretches of time, some insoles might also help but they certainly aren't needed, the shoes are comfortable by themselves as well.

Daughters first pair of "real" skates

So technically, "I" don't love this item as I purchased these skates for my daughter. However, she was ecstatic to get them! She's just moved from what I'd call "kid skates" (plastic...adjustable size...buckles instead of laces...etc.) to adult sizes. I didn't realize until I started shopping around that when you go from kid sizes to adult, there is quite a price jump! Seeing that she was only going to be using these to skate around the neighborhood (not in a rink or competing in roller derby or something) I didn't want to pay for anything all that fancy. These fit the bill. They're put together well and even using them on the pavement, they'll obviously hold up for quite a while.

Addictive fun!

I give this item 5 stars for one simple reason... It did all the jobs. First, the item was in good used condition, as expected. It showed up two days earlier, which wasn't expected but pleasantly welcomed. My daughter was beyond stoked to receive them and after begging for year, I caved to the request for her birthday. So, its 330, and she shows up from school and is thrilled, can barely wait to get them on. By 415, I was on the phone with emergency services getting her an ambulance for a broken arm. The fact that she is STILL as excited about these skates as she was before she broke her arm gets this item 5*s. Yesterday, she tried putting them on again. These skates are addictive.

I purchased these roller skates to skate around in the basement with my daughter. They work just fine and are comfortable. I wear a size 8 1/2 in women's shoes. I usually purchase a 9 in sandals or flip flops since they don't usually come in 1/2 sizes. I ended getting these skates in a size 8 and I am glad I did. If I had went up to a 9 they would have been way to big. I like how they come up on the ankle for support, considering I am 35 and haven't roller skated much in the past 20 years. I really like the colors also.

Great Skates

I purchased these for a child who is almost 13 years old and wears a size 8.5 women's shoe. Many other reviews said they ran big and suggested to order a size down instead of going up a size, so I listened and ordered a size 8. I wear the same shoe size so I tried them on and they "just fit" my toes went right to the end of the skate. I just hope the child's feet are done growing since they wore the same shoe size for 2 years in a row now. If you wear a size 8.5 shoe I would suggest ordering the size 9 skate. Other than that the skates seem like they are good quality and I would order from this company again if needed.
